2. The Competition

2.1 The title of the competition is “£1m Predictor: Premier League” (the “Competition”).

2.2 To enter the Competition, you must submit your prediction of the final rankings of the English Premier League (“Premier League”) teams for the 2026/2027 season, placing each Premier League team in the position you believe each team will finish at the end of the Premier League season (i.e. from 1st to 20th place) (“Entry”).

2.3 Only Entries that correctly predict the full and exact final rankings of all Premier League teams in their precise finishing positions in accordance with the position table officially published on the Premier League Website (https://www.premierleague.com) on the conclusion of all fixtures on match week 38 (“Result Date”) will be eligible to win the Jackpot Prize (or a portion of the Jackpot Prize) (as defined at paragraph 6 (the “Prizes”)).

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition with immediate effect by issuing an update to that effect on its website in the event that:-

2.4.1 the Premier League season is abandoned, withdrawn or cancelled before the conclusion of match week 38 (i.e. before all teams have played 38 matches); or

2.4.2 if the Premier League season is postponed, suspended or delayed such that it does not conclude on the weekend of 30th May 2027; or

2.4.3 if for any reason not all 20 of the Premier League teams play all scheduled 38 matches (for example if any one or more teams are suspended or removed from the Premier League).

2.5 Entries that do not correctly predict the full exact rankings of all Premier League teams in their precise finishing positions may still be eligible to win a Leaderboard Prize (as defined at paragraph 6 (the “Prizes”)). Leaderboard Prizes will be paid out by the Promoter in accordance with the Points Scoring System (pursuant to paragraph 6) which determines the closest predictions to the final rankings on the Result Date. The three Entries with the highest point scores (but excluding the Jackpot Prize winner(s)), will be awarded either a Second, Third or Fourth Prize.

2.6 The Competition will open for Entries from 09:00 BST on 10 August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) until 12:00 BST on Friday 18 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

4. Key Conditions of the Competition and Eligibility

4.1 You must be 18 years of age or over, at time of entry, to participate in the Competition. ID will be required to verify age if a Prize is won, and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of any Prize where it is not satisfied with age verification.

4.2 You are permitted to submit only one Entry to the Competition. You acknowledge that the Promoter reserves the right to monitor and identify multiple Entries by the same individual using various methods, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device identification and other technical means. If the Promoter reasonably believes that an individual has submitted more than one Entry, whether directly or indirectly (including through use of aliases, multiple email addresses, shared devices or otherwise), all entries submitted by that individual may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Any attempt to circumvent this one-Entry rule may result in immediate disqualification and exclusion from any current or future promotions held by the Promoter. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

4.3 The Competition is only open to UK and Irish residents aged 18 years or over, except:

4.3.1 employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

4.3.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

4.3.3 members of the immediate families or households of (4.3.1) and (4.3.2) above.

4.4 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition including but not limited to proof of identity and residential address.

4.5 The Promoter will not accept Competition Entries that are:

4.5.1 automatically generated by computer program or system;

4.5.2 completed by third parties or in bulk;

4.5.3 illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

4.5.4 incomplete.

4.6 Entry cap. Once 100,000 Entries have been created, the Competition shall automatically close to any new Entries and any subsequent Entries will be void and not be entered into the Competition. Entries created may be amended at any time before the Closing Date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully submitted due to the maximum number of Entries having been reached.

5. Point Scoring System

5.1 The ranking of all valid Entries by total points scored shall be the “Leaderboard”.

5.2 The Leaderboard Prizes will be won by the top three Entries with the highest number of points on the Leaderboard on the Result Date.

5.3 The Point Scoring System shall operate as follows. Each Entry starts with a score of 0. Points are awarded pursuant to the following methodology:

5.3.1 1st Place Bonus: +5 Points: For correctly predicting which Premier League team finishes 1st in the League. This first place bonus applies in addition to the +10 points you would receive for the Perfect Place, so correctly predicting the team that finishes 1st is worth +15 points in total. Example: If you predicted Arsenal to finish 1st last season, you’d have earnt +15 points.

5.3.2 Perfect Place: +10 Points: For every Premier League team you predict in precisely the correct position in the League. Example: Predicting Manchester City to finish 2nd last season and Aston Villa to finish 4th last season, would have earnt you +20 points.

5.3.3 Placing points: Points are awarded for any team which you predict within 9 places (higher or lower) of their actual finishing position in the League, as follows:-

Places out

Points

1 place out

+9 points

2 places out

+8 points

3 places out

+7 points

4 places out

+6 points

5 places out

+5 points

6 places out

+4 points

7 places out

+3 points

8 places out

+2 points

9 places out

10 or more places out

No points

 For example:- if you had predicted Chelsea to finish 4th last season (finished 10th), you would have earnt +4 points; if you had predicted Leeds to finish 19th last season (finished 14th) you would have earnt +5 points; if you had predicted Brentford to finish 20th last season (finished 9th), you would have earnt no points.

5.4 Live Point standings will be displayed week to week during the Premier League on https://andysbetclub.co.uk/predictor/leaderboard. A final Points tally will be calculated immediately following the Result Date. Leaderboard Prizes will be won by the Entries with the most points after the Result Date only, and not on a week to week basis.

5.5 The highest possible score is 205 points, and the score of an Entry cannot fall below zero.

5.6 Save for the Jackpot Prize, which is dealt with under paragraph 6.2, where there is a tie-breaker of Entries submitted with the same number of Points, the tiebreaker will be decided in the following order: (a) Number of Perfect Places; (b) if still tied – who correctly predicted 1st place; (c) if still tied – who correctly predicted 2nd place; (d) if still tied – who correctly predicted 3rd place; (e) if still tied – continue down the table (4th, 5th, 6th, etc.).

5.7 If there is still a tie having followed the tie-breaker process at paragraph 5.6, the earliest date and time at which that version of the Entry was saved by the entrant. The Promoter’s records shall be conclusive as of the date and time on which that version of the Entry was saved. Please note that given that Entries can be modified at any time prior to the Closing Date, the relevant date and time is of the save of the final version of the Entry, not the date on which an Entry was created.

5.8 If there is still a tie having followed paragraph 5.7 then the relevant Prize will be split on an equal basis between the number of tied Entries.

6. The Prizes

6.1 The following prizes may be won:

6.1.1 A top cash prize of £1,000,000 or a portion of £1,000,000 in accordance with paragraph 6.2 (“Jackpot Prize”);

6.1.2 1x £1,000 cash (“Second Prize”);

6.1.3 1x £500 cash (“Third Prize”);

6.1.4 1 x £200 cash (“Fourth Prize”). (Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize together the “Leaderboard Prizes” and the Jackpot Prize and Leaderboard Prizes collectively the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”).

6.2 The Jackpot Prize will be awarded to the participants(s) who correctly predict the full and exact final rankings of all Premier League teams in their precise finishing positions in accordance with the position table officially published on the Premier League Website (https://www.premierleague.com) on the Results Date. If more than one participant submits a correct Entry in accordance with this paragraph 6.2, the process at paragraph 5.6 does not apply, and the Jackpot Prize of £1,000,000 will be divided equally among all individuals who made the correct prediction.

6.3 The Second Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Second Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.6.

6.4 The Third Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the third highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the third highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Third Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.6.

6.5 The Fourth Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the fourth highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the fourth highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Fourth Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.6.

6.6 All Prize amounts are stated in GBP and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6.7 Prizes must be claimed in accordance with paragraph 7 (Winners and Claiming Prizes) or will be forfeited.

6.8 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal value.

6.9 All Prizes are awarded based on the full and exact final rankings of all Premier League teams in accordance with the position table officially published on the Premier League Website (https://www.premierleague.com) on the Results Date. In the event that any Premier League team suffers any points deduction after the Results Date, and that deduction is applied retrospectively, then the impact of that points deduction will be null and void for the purposes of awarding Prizes. Any points deductions that are applied during the course of the season will be relevant for calculation of Prizes.
