After netting a screamer from one of his two shots at Old Trafford on Monday night, Mathias Jensen should be full of confidence. The Danish midfielder has been more involved in the final third this season, averaging 1.21 efforts at goal per 90 and has fired off 19 shots in his last 14 league starts and so is in excellent shooting form. 

Despite their recent good form, West Ham are still struggling to keep the opposition at bay on the road, shipping 16.4 shots per game, the third worst record in the Premier League. 16 of their 17 hosting sides this season have managed double figure shot counts and with Jensen happy to shoot from range, he should get plenty of chances to maintain his recent record.

Michael Kayode has earnt a reputation as a tough tackling full back since arriving in the Premier League and whilst he usually does so accurately, he mistimes his fair share of challenges with 0.68 fouls committed per 90. The Italian made a foul in the reverse fixture and given his direct match-up for this game, he’ll do well to avoid doing so again.

Up against Kayode will be one of West Ham’s trickiest players, Crysencio Summerville. Only Elliot Anderson is fouled more often than the Hammers winger and with him forcing 2.46 offences per 90, our man could be in for a difficult afternoon. The last ten left backs to face West Ham have combined for 13 fouls and with Kayode’s style, he looks likely to add to that number.
