Richarlison has been Tottenham’s most important player in the relegation run in so far, managing a shot on target in each of his last three Premier League matches.

Richarlison scored from two shots on target against Chelsea last time out, and lines up against his former club here as he looks to pull Tottenham away from the drop zone.

Tottenham head into the final day of the Premier League season still fighting for Premier League survival - a win here will secure their top-flight status, while a draw should also be enough, assuming West Ham don’t beat Leeds by a 12-goal margin. 

Everton haven’t got as much on the line, but their games have been entertaining to watch in recent weeks - over 2.5 goals has landed in each of their last seven successive matches, with BTTS in six of those. The Toffees have been quite pragmatic for large parts of the campaign, but they have really started to open up in the final few matches, and goals are a target for them once again here. BTTS has landed in each of the last three Tottenham games, and they cannot afford to sit back here, especially in front of a home crowd. 

Everton suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat against Sunderland last time out, making it six league matches without a win. They have conceded 14 goals in that period, highlighting how much they have struggled at the back, and that should give confidence to a Spurs side who will need at least a draw to secure their Premier League survival this weekend. 

The Toffees have been poor at the back, but they have still managed to find the back of the net regularly. In fact, over 2.5 goals has landed in each of their last seven games on the spin. They have adopted a much more attack-minded approach towards the end of the campaign, and that should persist on Sunday afternoon as they haven’t got much to play for. 

Tottenham won 3-0 in the reverse fixture at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, and they will hope for a similar result this weekend. 

Everton utility man James Garner has been back in central midfield in recent weeks, something which has seen an uptick in his fouls committed. Garner has managed 11 offences in his last six games, finding his way into the referee’s notebook in five of those, and so is in excellent form for fouls.

Spurs’ midfield trio of Conor Gallagher, Joao Palhinha and Rodrigo Bentancur will provide plenty of physical competition for Garner in the middle of the park, and their combined average of 3.29 fouls drawn per 90 suggests they’ll need no encouragement to go down. The Toffees midfielder has landed this bet in each of his last three matches against Spurs and was booked in both of the last two, and so it’s clearly a matchup he struggles with.
