Tottenham to Win

Ange Postecoglou’s side have suffered just two defeats in 12 European fixtures this season (W7, D3, L2), both of which came away from home. At the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Spurs have been far more resolute, only Roma and Eintracht Frankfurt have prevented them from winning (W4, D2).

Bodø/Glimt arrive in the infancy of their domestic season, and while they’ve notched some eye-catching results, such as their famous win over Lazio, they’ve struggled on the road in Europe. They have just one win in their last seven away continental fixtures (D2, L4) and have never beaten English opposition.

Tottenham also hold a flawless record against Norwegian teams (W4) and are currently enjoying a 19-match unbeaten run at home in Europe (W15, D4).

Tottenham to have 6+ Shots on Target

Spurs' attacking output has remained a constant even in a turbulent season. They rank fifth for goals scored in the Premier League and average exactly two goals per home game, placing them joint fourth in the league.

At home, Tottenham average 6.04 shots on target per match across all competitions, a figure that climbs to an even higher 7.17 in Europe. Spurs have hit six or more shots on target in seven of their last nine at home.

Bodø/Glimt, meanwhile, concede an average of 5.71 shots on target per game in the Europa League. That number inflates to 7.14 when they travel, with five of their last six European hosts registering six or more SOTs.

Dominic Solanke to Score or Assist

Fresh off a weekend goal and having netted the decisive strike against Frankfurt in the previous round, Solanke remains Tottenham’s most influential attacking threat in the absence of Son Heung-Min.

He has contributed directly to seven goals in Europe this season (3G, 4A), and is second only to Son’s 23 total contributions in all competitions. With the spotlight now firmly on him, Solanke’s ability to deliver on the European stage makes this a strong inclusion.

Cristian Romero to Commit 1+ Fouls

Romero’s aggressive style has returned in full force since his recovery from injury. He’s averaging 1.08 fouls per 90 this season and has committed at least one foul in each of his last six starts, as well as eight of nine since his return overall.

In European competition, his disciplinary issues are amplified: he’s committed 1, 3, 1, and 2 fouls in his four European outings this term. His combative nature and tendency to overcommit make him a strong candidate to commit again here.

Both Teams to Score

While Spurs have flourished going forward, their defensive vulnerabilities are glaring. They concede an average of 1.42 goals per game at home in all competitions, managing just six clean sheets across 26 fixtures (23.7%). BTTS has landed in each of their last five home games.

In Europe, Tottenham have conceded in three of their last four matches, with their only clean sheet coming away from home.

Bodø/Glimt have found the net in 24 of their last 26 European games and in each of their last 12 away matches this season. They also rank second in the competition for expected goals (23xG).

Under 4.5 Bodo/Glimt Corners

Tottenham rarely concede corners at home, only two of their last 10 opponents have managed five or more. In European action, that number drops further, with just one of the last five visitors reaching this threshold.

Bodø/Glimt’s attacking inefficiency in this department reinforces the pick. They average only 2.29 corners per away game in Europe, with recent totals reading: 3, 0, 0, 8, 1, 2, 2. They average 45.4% possession on the road and will likely look to play for a draw here, limiting their corner chances.

Andre Bjorkan to be Fouled 2+ Times

Though averaging just 0.82 fouls won per 90 this season, he has drawn at least one foul in each of his last six appearances and two or more in four of his last five. Against Lazio in the previous round, he drew five fouls across two legs.

Tottenham’s starting right-hand side has committed 11 fouls in their last four European games, suggesting plenty of opportunity for Bjørkan to be targeted again. The visitors will likely be keen to relieve some Spurs pressure at times here, and can do so by winning a few cheap fouls.

Dejan Kulusevski to Commit 2+ Fouls

The Swedish international has committed a foul in each of his last four games since returning from injury. His season-long rate of 1.76 fouls per 90 is the highest among Spurs regulars, and he's committed at least one foul in seven of his last eight appearances.

In Europe, he averages 2.43 fouls per 90 and facing Bodø’s dynamic left-hand side, which has drawn 14 fouls across their last three continental matches, all signs point to multiple infringements from Kulusevski.
