We've reached the final weekend of the 2025/26 Premier League season, and despite Arsenal clinching the league title, there's still plenty to play for on the final day.

Tottenham and West Ham will be battling to avoid relegation, with Spurs needing a point against Everton to guarantee safety, with the Hammers' goal difference looking as though it could let them down if the two teams were level on points.

Here are the best offers to claim for the final weekend of Premier League action:

Premier League Weekend GW38 Preview

All eyes will be on the relegation fight in the Premier League, as one of West Ham or Tottenham Hotspur will be relegated on the final day. West Ham host Leeds United knowing nothing less than a win will give them a chance of survival.

Tottenham take on Everton in their final game of this year's league campaign, and Spurs will know that a point will guarantee them safety, in what has been a forgetful season.

The title race has already been decided in the Premier League, with Manchester City's draw with AFC Bournemouth in midweek meaning that Arsenal ended their lengthy wait without a league title. The Gunners are set to take on Conference League finalists Crystal Palace in their final game of the 2025/26 season.

Manchester City take on Aston Villa on Sunday, in what should be an entertaining battle between both teams, with Villa looking to confirm their spot in the top-four with a point.

There's plenty to play for when it comes to chasing the European qualification places on the final day, with plenty of teams in with a chance. Bournemouth have caught the eye for all the right reasons this term, and the Cherries take on Nottingham Forest in their final game of the campaign.

Brighton are seventh in the table, and host Manchester United in gameweek 38, which should be an entertaining battle between both teams at the AMEX Stadium.

The clash between Sunderland and Chelsea should be an interesting one, with the winner of that clash potentially booking their spot in European football for next season. Brentford will be looking to cause an upset at Anfield, as they take on Liverpool, who have found it tough under Arne Slot this term.

Fulham host Newcastle and Wolves take on Burnley in a battle at the bottom of the table, in two games where there's nothing to play for on the final day.
