On to Sunday we go then and another couple of belting European fixtures for us all to enjoy. We start in Germany for a huge Bundesliga clash between the leagues top two as 2nd placed Bayer Leverkusen host league leaders Bayern Munich. Both sides actually sit level on 16 points but Bayern currently sit in pole position due to a superior GD. This really should be an absolute cracker, full of goals, quality, drama and hopefully a card or two! Below are my 4 top Bet Builder tips for this one. Scroll down to the bottom of the article to see my cheat sheet for the game which should help you with your own betting predictions.
Leverkusen v Bayern Bet Builder tips
Over 2.5 Goals
Just screams goals this one doesn’t it? Bayern are quite simply prolific and in honesty the attacking play Leverkusen are playing this season means they aren’t too far behind. 24 goals in 7 games for Bayern and 20 in 7 for Leverkusen sees them as the two top scoring teams in the league and I can’t see this one being shy on goals.
Bayern have seen over 2.5 goals feature in 86% of their league games this season and Leverkusen in 71%. With the likes of Lewandowski, Gnabry, Muller, Sane, Wirtz, Schick and Diaby all tipped to play there is just an insane amount of forward quality on show here. Over 2.5 goals should really stroll in.

Patrik Schick to have 1+ Shot on Target v Bayern Munich
I think Schick surprised many with his impressive displays over the Euros and reminded the rest of Europe what a top quality striker he is. I was at Hampden to witness his ridiculous half-way line goal against us and all credit to him it was an absolute beauty. He has started the domestic season in fantastic form having notched 6 goals in his 7 Bundesliga appearances and will once more lead the line for the hosts.
The cheat sheet does a lot of the talking on this one too with Schick the clear standout statistically from a Leverkusen standpoint. He averages a hefty 1.84 shots on target from the 4.34 shots he attempts. He will be supported in attack by a number of talented creative players in the shape of Wirtz, Adli and Diaby and I fancy him to get a shot on goal against a Bayern side which is hardly the most stable defensively.

Robert Lewandowski to Score Anytime
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see why I have gone with this one. The Bayern number 9 is quite literally a machine. He recently went on a run of scoring in 19 consecutive games across all competitions for Bayern which is just a joke to be quite honest. He has 13 in 10 so far this season and is averaging a goal every 64 minutes. He has 307 goals in 339 Bayern appearances and in all honesty I don’t know what more the man can do to win a Ballon D’or.
His cheat sheet stats are not surprisingly impressive and shows how often he is granted goal scoring opportunities. 2.66 shots on target from the 4.7 shots he attempts is a very healthy number and if you allow a man of his quality that number of shots on goal he is inevitably going to score. I fancy him to get on the scoresheet once more here.

Florian Wirtz to have 1+ Shot on Target v Bayern Munich
We finish with the new kid on the block in Florian Wirtz. Now, if you haven’t heard of him/watched him play yet then I very much recommend you do so. This kid is very special and destined for the top and his performances this season at such a young age have been outstanding. Wirtz has 6 goals and 5 assists in his 8 appearances so far this season which are quite ridiculous numbers. He is also the youngest ever player to score 10 Bundesliga goals.
Given the form Wirtz is in, not even Bayern will intimidate him and will probably spur him on to put in another stellar performance. He averages 0.98 shots on target per 90 from the 2.7 shots he attempts and I am sure will be granted a decent amount of chances as Leverkusen look to catch Bayern out on the counter.
