    2. To enter the Competition, you must submit your prediction of the finishing position of each team within its group (1st to 4th place) across all twelve (12) World Cup groups, in the 2026 FIFA World Cup ("World Cup"). This submission constitutes your "Entry".

    3. Only Entries that correctly predict the full and exact final group stage rankings of all World Cup™ teams in their precise finishing positions in accordance with the position table officially published on the FIFA® results page website at https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/canadamexicousa2026/standings ("FIFA Results Page") on the conclusion of the World Cup™ group stages ("Result Date") will be eligible to win the Jackpot Prize (or a portion of the Jackpot Prize) (as defined at paragraph 6)).

Leaderboard Prizes will be paid out by the Promoter in accordance with the Points Scoring System (pursuant to paragraph 5) which determines the closest predictions to the final group stage rankings on the Result Date. The three Entries with the highest point scores (but excluding the Jackpot Prize winner(s)), will be awarded either a Second, Third or Fourth Prize.

  4. Key Conditions of the Competition and Eligibility

    1. You must be 18 years of age or over, at time of entry, to participate in the Competition. ID will be required to verify age if a Prize is won, and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of any Prize where it is not satisfied with age verification.

    2. You are permitted to submit only one Entry to the Competition. You acknowledge that the Promoter reserves the right to monitor and identify multiple Entries by the same individual using various methods, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device identification and other technical means. If the Promoter reasonably believes that an individual has submitted more than one Entry, whether directly or indirectly (including through use of aliases, multiple email addresses, shared devices or otherwise), all entries submitted by that individual may be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion. Any attempt to circumvent this one-Entry rule may result in immediate disqualification and exclusion from any current or future promotions held by the Promoter. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

    3. The Competition is only open to all UK and Irish residents aged 18 years or over, except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

      3. members of the immediate families or households of (4.3.1) and (4.3.2) above.

    4. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition including but not limited to proof of identity and residential address.

    5. The Promoter will not accept Competition Entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer program or system;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

      4. incomplete.

    6. Entry cap. Once 100,000 Entries have been received, the Competition shall automatically close to further Entries and any subsequent Entries will be void and not be entered into the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully submitted due to the maximum number of Entries having been reached.

  5. Point Scoring System

    1. The ranking of all valid Entries by total points scored shall be the "Leaderboard".

    2. The Leaderboard Prizes will be won by the three Entries with the highest number of points on the Leaderboard on the Result Date.

    3. The Point Scoring System shall operate as follows:

      1. Each Entry starts with a score of 0. Points are awarded or deducted pursuant to the following methodology:

        1. 1st Place Correct: +4 Points: For any world cup group where you correctly predict the team that finishes in first place, you will be awarded 4 points;

        2. 2nd Place Correct: +3 Points: For any world cup group where you correctly predict the team that finishes in second place, you will be awarded 3 points;

        3. 3rd Place Correct: +2 Points: For any world cup group where you correctly predict the team that finishes in third place, you will be awarded 2 points;

        4. 4th Place Correct: +1 Point: For any world cup group where you correctly predict the team that finishes in fourth place, you will be awarded 1 point.

        5. Disaster Group: -4 points. For any World Cup group where none of your four predicted positions matches the actual finishing position of the team in that position, you will lose 4 points. (Example: in Group A you predict the order Czechia, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea; and the actual finishing order is Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Czechia; no team is in its predicted position, so this is a Disaster Group)

    4. A final Points tally will be calculated following the Result Date. Leaderboard Prizes will be won by the Entries with the most points after the Result Date only.

    5. Where there is a tie-breaker of Entries submitted with the same number of Points, the tiebreaker will be decided in the following order:

      1. Number of correct 1st places

      2. If still tied – most correctly predicted 2nd places

      3. If still tied – most correctly predicted 3rd places

      4. If still tied – most correctly predicted 4th places

      5. If still tied – the winner will be determined by a random draw, conducted by an independent adjudicator.

  6. The Prizes

    1. The following prizes may be won:

      1. A top cash prize of £1,000,000 or a portion of £1,000,000 in accordance with paragraph 6.2 ("Jackpot Prize")

      2. 1x £1,000 cash ("Second Prize")

      3. 1x £500 cash ("Third Prize")

      4. 1 x £250 cash ("Fourth Prize")

(Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prizes together the "Leaderboard Prizes" and the Jackpot Prize and Leaderboard Prizes collectively the "Prizes" and each a "Prize").

  1. The Jackpot Prize will be awarded to the participants(s) who correctly predict the full and exact final group stage rankings of all World Cup teams in their precise finishing positions in the group stages, in accordance with the FIFA Results Page. If more than one participant submits a correct Entry in accordance with this paragraph 6.2, the Jackpot Prize of £1,000,000 will be divided equally among all individuals who made the correct prediction.

  2. The Second Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Second Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.5.

  3. The Third Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the second highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the second highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Second Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.5.

  4. The Fourth Prize will be awarded to the participant who has the third highest score on the Leaderboard, excluding participant(s) who have claimed the Jackpot Prize. Where there is a tiebreak between participants with the third highest score on the Leaderboard, the winner of the Second Prize will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out at paragraph 5.5.

  5. All Prize amounts are stated in GBP and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  6. Prizes must be claimed in accordance with paragraph 7 (Winners and Claiming Prizes) or will be forfeited.

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal value.

  8. All Prizes are awarded based on the full and exact final group stage rankings of all World Cup teams in accordance with the FIFA Results Page. In the event that any World Cup team suffers any points deduction after the Result Date, and that deduction is applied retrospectively, then the impact of that points deduction will be null and void for the purposes of awarding Prizes. Any points deductions that are applied during the course of or in advance of the World Cup group stage will be relevant for calculation of Prizes.

  9. Winners and Claiming Prizes

    1. The decision of Prize winners by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with participants.

    2. Winner Notification: The winners of any Prizes will be notified by email (using details provided on the Entry) by the Promoter within 14 working days from the Result Date and the winner must provide to the Promoter, any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to claim their Prize. 4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of a Prize took place. To comply with this obligation, if you win any Prize, you acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may publish your surname, the county in which you live and details of any Prize that you win and/or the World Cup predictions that you made. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning Entry/Entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  10. Limitation of liability

    1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment (including but without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any individual who participates in the Competition or Prize winner from or in connection with their participation in the Competition and/or acceptance of any Prize.

    3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind.

    4. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, network delay, system errors, or issues with internet service providers that may affect an Entry.
