I’ve come back to this angle on a few occasions this season, and still think it is generously priced - especially seeing as Musiala was priced at 1.5 to win 2+ fouls in the first leg, a selection that landed pretty easily as Musiala was hauled down twice in his 79 minutes of action at the Parc Des Princes.

PSG committed 14 fouls in total during that game, with 11 of these fouls being on Kane, Musiala, Diaz and Olise. This isn’t that surprising as these are Bayern’s main attacking threats, but also makes Musiala an appealing price when considering that Olise (1.40) and Kane (1.44) are quite short to win 2+ fouls in this contest.

Musiala has drawn six fouls across his two starts in the Champions League this season (2.29 per 90). This is quite a small sample size, but it is a strong part of Musiala’s game as shown by the fact he’s won a further 17 fouls across just five starts in the Bundesliga this season (2.87 per 90). 

I’d keep taking this price as long as it remains around 1.8-2.0, it’s overpriced and I doubt we’ll be able to get this price when Musiala settles into a full rhythm again as winning fouls is one of his strongest attributes in those central areas for Bayern Munich.
