Anything but a Real Madrid win would come as a huge surprise. Carlo Ancelotti’s side have been almost flawless at the Bernabeu this season, winning 14 of the 16 games they have played at the venue, and drawing the other two.

A Leipzig side that has already lost five times on the road in the Bundesliga this season is unlikely to pose too much of a threat to the hosts, who have scored 31 and conceded only seven at the Bernabeu in league play.

Real Madrid’s European fixtures, though, do not necessarily point to a landslide win, although a 4-2 victory over Napoli in the Spanish capital was rather impressive.
