Recent weeks have seen Scott Parker platform Lesley Ugochukwu as a number 10, pushing slightly ahead of Burnley’s two holding midfielders in Florentino and Josh Cullen.

This has had a marked impact on his shot numbers with Ugochukwu scoring twice and having a shot in four of the five matches in which he has been moved further forward. The only game in which he failed to have a shot was Burnley’s 2-0 defeat against Arsenal, where he was naturally held a bit further back against the best side in the Premier League at the moment.

Burnley are a defensively minded side, but if we look at the games in which they’ve had 11+ shots, two of these games were against Nottingham Forest and Wolves - two of the three sides that sit below them in the table, with the other being West Ham.

The Hammers have conceded 10+ shots in all 10 of their Premier League matches so far, totalling 144 across these games (14.4 per game). This should see Burnley get a few chances here which Ugochukwu can convert into shots with his new, more advanced role for the Clarets.

There is serious value with this selection when backing with Bet365, other bookmakers appear to have noted his change in position with this selection as low as 1.14 on other comparable bookmakers.
