West Ham have been really poor defensively, and they have failed to keep a clean sheet since August when they beat Nottingham Forest 3-0. The Hammers have shipped 35 goals from their 17 league matches this campaign - only basement-dwellers Wolves have conceded more. Nuno Espirito Santo has so far been unable to change West Ham’s fortunes, as he is yet to keep a clean sheet from his 12 matches in charge. 

However, his side have at least been able to regularly find the back of the net, and have scored in seven of their last nine league matches. They only failed to score against Liverpool and Man City - two tough matchups, so will fancy their chances of causing problems against Fulham. 

Despite their clean sheet on Monday night, the Cottagers themselves haven’t been too convincing defensively, having conceded 10 goals from their last five league matches.

With a total of 110 corners conceded from their 17 Premier League matches this season, no side has given up more corners than West Ham this season, highlighting how easily opponents have been able to get into the final third. They are conceding an average of 6.4 corners per game at the London Stadium this season.

This selection has landed in seven of West Ham’s eight Premier League home games this term, only failing against Aston Villa last time out. However, there were exactly eight corners in that match, going incredibly close to hitting this mark. 

Meanwhile, Fulham are averaging 9.6 corners per game on their travels, with this bet landing in each of their last three away games. The Cottagers conceded 10 corners against Burnley in their last away outing, meaning they rank seventh in the division for total corners conceded this season.

Jarrod Bowen was left frustrated against Man City last time out, as his side were comfortably beaten 3-0 at the Etihad. Chances for the Hammers were limited, but the pick of the bunch fell to Bowen, which he was unable to steer on target. He has been the bright spark in a struggling West Ham side this season, with five Premier League goals to his name after 17 appearances. 

Bowen is averaging 2.5 shots per 90 in the league this season, and he tends to be incredibly accurate with his efforts. In fact, he has landed this bet in seven of his eight home games this campaign, only failing in a tough matchup against Liverpool. Even in that game, he managed three shots, so still had plenty of opportunities in the final third, and was unfortunate not to hit this mark.

After missing three games with a minor calf strain, Crysencio Summerville has been thrust straight back into the starting lineup in recent weeks, highlighting his importance in the side. Prior to his injury, Summerville had a stellar record for racking up fouls, and he has maintained that since returning. The Dutchman is averaging 1.93 fouls per 90 across all competitions this season, and has landed this selection in eight of his last 10 starts. 

He has featured up front for the last few games, but does have a tendency to drift over to the left-wing, which is his natural position. In doing so, he will find duels against Kenny Tete this weekend, which is an excellent matchup for him. Tete is averaging 2.33 fouls drawn per 90 this season when playing away, and has been fouled twice in six of his seven starts overall.
