Our Baller League predictions and betting tips cover the six-a-side league's Monday night matchdays. Season 4 kicks off on Monday 12 October 2026, with 12 teams playing 11 league matchdays before the Final Four.

We look at recent results, team news and each side's wildcard picks before making our predictions. We won't back a team just because of the famous name in the dugout. Check out the latest Baller League tips above, including the odds and reasoning behind each selection.

Can You Bet on Baller League?

Yes. UK bookmakers have priced Baller League since the UK league launched in March 2025, although you won't find the depth of markets on offer for a Premier League game.

The outright winner market is the most common market available. Some bookmakers also price individual matches on each Monday night matchday.

Baller League Betting Markets

The Baller League outright winner market is the one you'll find at most bookmakers, with all 12 teams priced to lift the trophy. Prices move as the table takes shape, and the market stays open into the Final Four.

On matchdays, some bookmakers price match results and total goals markets. Player markets such as first goalscorer have also appeared, although they're far from guaranteed on every game.

Match result is a three-way market in the league phase, as Baller League games can finish level. With three UK seasons of results to go on, form is a much smaller sample than in the Premier League or EFL. Any Baller League bet can lose, so stick to an amount you're comfortable losing.

Baller League Season Dates & Kick-Off Times

Baller League UK Season 4 starts on Monday 12 October 2026, with 11 league matchdays before the Final Four. Every league matchday is at Eastbrook Studios in Dagenham, the league's new home after three seasons at the Copper Box Arena.

Matchdays are on Monday nights, with all 12 teams in action, so there are six games each week. In Season 3, the first game kicked off at around 17:30 and the last at around 22:20, with the top match of the night at around 20:00.

The date and venue for the Season 4 Final Four are still to be confirmed. Sky Sports no longer show Baller League, so you can follow Season 4 on Baller League UK's YouTube and Twitch channels.

Our Baller League tips are posted ahead of each Monday night matchday. The latest predictions appear at the top of this page, alongside the odds and our reasoning.

How Baller League Rules Affect Your Bets

Baller League's rules change how the table, the Final Four and individual matches play out. They're worth knowing before you back a team in any market.

The points system starts the same as the Premier League's, with three points for a win and one for a draw. Each matchday also includes a sudden-death penalty shootout between one player from every team, and the winner's side picks up an extra point.

That bonus point was called the Pressure Point in Season 3 and has been renamed the Penalty Point for Season 4. Over 11 matchdays, one extra point can be the difference between fourth and fifth.

The top four after 11 matchdays qualify for the Final Four. First plays fourth and second plays third in the semi-finals, with both semi-finals and the final played on the same day.

Teams level on points are split by goal difference, then goals scored, then head-to-head. In the Final Four, a draw after 30 minutes goes to a shootout with three penalty takers each, then sudden death.

For an outright bet, your team needs a top-four finish and then two knockout wins in one day. If you're backing a Final Four match, check whether your bookmaker settles on the 30 minutes or includes the shootout.

Wildcards make team news more important than usual. Each team can name two wildcards per matchday from outside its drafted squad, and a wildcard can only play for one team each season.

Former pros such as Troy Deeney, Joleon Lescott and Nile Ranger have all turned out as wildcards. Check who each side has named before backing a player market, as a squad can look very different from one week to the next.

The in-game rule twists matter for goals markets. From the 27th minute, a wheel spin picks a rule for the rest of the second half, including The Line, where long-range goals count double.

Check how your bookmaker settles a double goal before backing over or under a goals line. There are no corner kicks or yellow cards either: three corners earn a penalty, and fouls are punished with two-minute time penalties.
