Producing his best at Catterick this season, BOLLIN NEIL (8.4) has raced here three times this year, and sporting a record of 1, 2, 1, he holds bold claims on his return to a track he loves.

He made all here on his latest win last month when winning by an impressive 4 ½ lengths, and although not producing his best under a penalty last time out when finishing 10th at Hamilton, he should get an easy lead in today’s affair, he can set his own fractions.

He's the only course and distance winner in the field and considering he beat market rival Hiccups comfortably at the start of last month, another bold bid is expected from Bollin Neil, who still looks very well handicapped.

Producing a career best over course and distance in July, EMERALD ARMY (8.1) ran on late to get up  towards the finish, even with Zak Wheatley dropping the whip inside the final 2f. Returning last month to finish a close third, he met trouble in running and looks a solid bet returning off the same mark of 60.

It's a positive jockey change for today’s affair with David Nolan in the saddle for the first time, and given his form here recently, win number two doesn’t look far away.

He's versatile in terms of ground conditions, and has been extremely consistent over 7f trips,  placing in the top three in all eight of his 7f starts and picking up two wins along the way.
