EFL Play-Offs Preview

Eight days straight of EFL play-off action kicks off on Friday night when Millwall go to Hull. The Lions missed out on automatic promotion by one point, while Hull snuck in on the final day - but that's all ancient history now as they prepare for this two-legged battle for a day out at Wembley.

Middlesbrough v Southampton is the Saturday 12:30pm kick-off, with the two League One semi-final first legs also getting going that day as Stevenage host Stockport and Bolton welcome Bradford. Sunday brings League Two with Grimsby v Salford and Chesterfield v Notts County kicking off at 3pm and 6pm. As a sidenote, there's the National League play-off final at 3pm on Sunday as Boreham Wood and Rochdale face off for a spot in League Two next term.

Then the second legs get underway from next Monday through to Friday, with a week's break between those and the finals on the 23rd, 24th and 25th May.

Bolton v Bradford looks like one of the standout semi-finals, two clubs with rich histories who've averaged over 20,000 fans in their home games this term. While Millwall potentially reaching the Premier League for the first time would be one of the stories of the season, they're strong favourites to progress against Hull.
