Napoli have been very reliable in the corner market this season, averaging 5.16 per 90, and a similarly impressive 4.7 when on the road. They’ve frequently prevailed against tougher opposition, too, as evidenced by their Champions League record, which has seen them rack up at least four corners in seven out of eight matches, falling short only at the Etihad, way back in September.

Atalanta have conceded corners at a rate of 4.72 per game, although this figure rises significantly when considering only their matches under Raffaele Palladino. La Dea have conceded over 3.5 corners in 13 of their 14 league outings since his arrival, allowing their opponents just shy of 5.6 corners per game.

I expect Napoli to put on a show, and it would be a real surprise if they fail to find the back of the net. Having played each of Serie A’s top five once, only Roma failed to net against Atalanta.
