Field of Gold to Win

FIELD OF GOLD can back up his impressive G3 Craven Stakes success over track and trip last month. The big, grey son of Kingman, who himself was placed in this race, came with a strong run to win that trial with ease. In what appears a sub-standard renewal, the John and Thady Gosden-trained three-year-old has scope for further improvement after just five runs.

Green Impact to Win

GREEN IMPACT arrives as a thoroughly unexposed three-year-old Wootton Bassett colt. He beat Delacroix in Group Two company last season, with the Aidan O’Brien colt boosting that form subsequently. A good-moving type, Green Impact may have gone under the radar, prior to this first classic of the season, for a stable who expect him to find further improvement this season.
