Tammeka v Levadia
🏟
Friday 15th July – 5:00PM KO
The battle of the new Head Coaches as both teams changed coach in recent weeks despite differing forms. Levadia are on a 10 game unbeaten run but they currently lack that same intensity that saw them win the Meistriliiga title for the 1st time in 8 years last season.
Tammeka meanwhile had 7 points from a possible 30, with Head Coach Miguel Santos struggling to get his style of play to work, Santos left on Saturday having accepted a job offer elsewhere.
Tammeka are still missing their goalkeeper and captain Karl Pechter plagued with shoulder injuries it’s a shame for such a talented player – his replacement Carl Kiidjarv has had a mixed season even picking up an international cap at U21 level – but for every bit of good he does, there is always 2 bits of bad, something worth keeping an eye on. Tanel Lang will also be missing due to suspension, an important player in the middle of the park.
Levadia are also missing a few people – through suspension, notably Marko Putincanin, Bogdan Vastsuk through injury, but this is a minor dent in what should still be a very strong Levadia team, the new Head Coach is familiar with the club having been the U21 manager previously so we can expect something almost similar to previous Levadia teams.
Levadia have won the last 5 games against Tammeka – keeping a clean sheet in the last 3 meetings. Goals for Tammeka have been hard to come by this season, it will be difficult for them to come to Levadia and be any kind of threat.

Nomme Kalju vs Narva Trans
🏟
Saturday 16th July – 3:00PM KO
Kalju are the team everyone wanted them to be last season, finally finding some consistency with performances.
Narva in recent weeks have begun to find some form, 1 win and 2 draws in their last 4, after a spell of losing 8 games in a row. After beating Pärnu 5-3 it was only the 5th time this season where Narva have managed to score 2 or more goals in a match, compared to Kalju doing it on 10 occasions.
Kalju are coming off of a weekend high after beating a non-league side 24-0 in the Cup, Kalju can use this thumping as momentum to against a weak Narva side despite their recent upturn in form, their squad doesn’t compare to this current Kalju form.
Kalju have a fully fit squad to choose from, which has been key for their consistent performances this season – the back 4 has rarely changed and they’ve had players take chances when attacking.
Narva will be missing a few players to suspension, so some of the younger guys may get the chance to step up in their absences. Denis Dedechko the star Centre Back returns after his 2nd red card of the season.
Games between these two often favour Kalju, with Kalju getting 3 wins in their last 5. The other 2 being draws. Only 2 of those have resulted in O2.5 goals, with Narva not scoring in their last 3 games against Kalju, it’s hard to look past anything other than a Kalju win.

FC Kuressaare v TJK Legion
🏟
Saturday 16th July – 5:30PM KO
Kure and Legion are two teams that are both performing above expectations. Kure sitting in the dizzy heights of 5thplace with breathing space between 6th, and Legion despite sitting in 9th are showing teams they are not pushovers.
Kure are draw specialists right now, picking up draws in 3 of their last 5, all against the current top 4. A very impressive feat considering 5 of their last 6 games have been away from home. Kure being at home puts them in a lovely position, having a decent home record with a small but loyal following creates a decent atmosphere.
Legion have lost their last 2 albeit against 2 of the big 4 in very close games. A 1-2 defeat against Paide and a 0-1 defeat against league leaders Flora. The problem that surrounds Legion right now is they rely very heavily on Ivanov and Domov, and both of these players need to be on top form for Legion to offer a huge threat to the opposing team. Legion have some very good young players, but are not quite ready to step up against more experienced teams in the league. Ivanov and Domov are vital if Legion are to get anything from this game.
Kure spent the last month experimenting with their goalkeepers and has seemed that Kristen Lapa is the number 1 going forward, which should bring some stability along the back line also. Goals have dried up from top scorer Sten Reinkort, goalless in his last 6 games could be a worrying sign as we enter the 2nd half of the season, thankfully right now Sander Laht has taken over scoring duties with 4 in his last 5.
Both sides have no real injury concerns and suspensions are also not a worry, Kure playing at home will make them favourites, even though Legion have surprised many this season with their performances, Kure have that little bit more quality in them, and expect them to win this game.

Prediction: Kuressaare to Win, 1.62 on Betfair (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
