Bowen was fouled twice in West Ham’s 5-2 defeat against Liverpool last time out, taking Bowen to 41 fouls won across his 28 Premier League starts (1.47 per 90). Bowen is very strong when it comes to carrying the ball, and can only really be stopped by dragging him to the ground. He is West Ham’s main outlet and has around 40 touches a game as a result, he actually exceeded this average against Liverpool last time out with 50 touches.

Bowen has been absent for West Ham’s recent meetings with Fulham in the Premier League, but was fouled twice when he last faced up against the Cottagers back in 2024 with his direct opponent being Antonee Robinson on that occasion. He should have an even more appealing matchup here with Bowen expected to be running at Ryan Sessegnon who has committed 30 fouls across his 18 Premier League appearances this season (1.69 per 90).
