San Francisco 49ers @ Arizona Cardinals
Level 1 Bet Builder Tip
🏈 Michael Carter Over 59.5 Rushing Yards
📈 Odds: 1.87
With the Arizona Cardinals getting knocked out of the playoff race by the Panthers a couple of weeks back, we should see some backups get some solid run. James Connor and Trey Benson have both been ruled out with injuries, meaning they will have to dig deep on the depth chart to fill all those carries.
HC Jonathan Gannon publicly commented on the backfield saying that If James Conner and Trey Benson are out, Michael Carter “would get a lot of carries, I’m sure.”
After James Connor exited last game the Cardinals still gave Carter 12 carries despite trailing by 10 points. They were losing that game but he still ended up with 70 yards, and now he Is projected to be in a leading game script as 4-point favorites. This version of the Niners have a bad rush defense and Gannon has been known to keep the ball on the ground in games like this.
🏈 Jauan Jennings Over 79.5 Receiving Yards
📈 Odds: 1,87
Jauan Jennings is a guy who has been a productive rotational player on the 49ers for years, but he’s finally grown into a big role thanks to injuries to Brandon Aiyuk and Christian McCaffery. He now needs 77 yards in the final week of the season to get to 1,000 for the year, which would be the first time he ever hit that mark in his career.
It’s especially important because he’s never really gotten remotely close, posting 282, 416, and 265 receiving yards in his young career. What would make the moment even cooler is achieving that goal with Joshua Dobbs at quarterback, who was his college teammate. They have previous chemistry to rely on, and with nothing to play for, it seems like they will make it a priority.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip
🏈 Kyler Murray 50+ Rushing Yards
📈 Odds: 2.60
🏈 Kyler Murray Anytime TD
📈 Odds: 2.38
These Kyler Murray rushing yards props and touchdowns are connected thanks to some contract incentives Kyler Murray should be trying to get. The Cardinals don’t have anything to play for, but Kyler needs 50 rushing yards and a TD for a $750,000 incentive. Teams love to get these guys that extra money, especially with the coaching staff and quarterback all returning next year, it’s good for the future. Murray hasn’t had a great rushing season, but he should end on a high note.
With James Conner out, Michael Carter should see a bulk of AZ’s RB carries, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Kyler more utilised in the run game to supplement those carries. He’s also had fantastic recent form against the 49ers, averaging 57 rush yards per game. He has also run for 50+ in 4 out of 7 games in the matchup, making this price tag very appealing. When they got in the red zone we saw them force-feed Trey McBride for his first editing touchdown, it’s Kyler’s turn now.
🏈 Joshua Dobbs 40+ Rushing Yards
📈 Odds: 3.25
49ers coach Kyle Shanahan spoke with a lot of confidence about his backup quarterback Joshua Dobbs, who will take on his former team in the Arizona Cardinals. When he jumped in for Brock Purdy he looked good, completing 3 of 4 passes for 35 yards with a 7-yard rushing touchdown.
He once again used his mobility very well, escaping the pocket and avoiding pressure. This is something we saw Purdy do frequently, and Dobbs is well-equipped to have even more success on the ground with his mobility. The 49ers offensive line isn’t great and will force you to make those quick decisions.
When he was asked to start last year in Minnesota, he was really impressive on the ground. He ran for 40+ yards in 7 games, totalling 421 rush yards and 6 touchdowns on the season. Backups like Dobbs are always trying to put good tape up considering he’s fighting for his next job, a trailing game script should lead to a couple extra dropbacks which is good for scramble opportunities.
