Westerlo have been one of the most surprising teams this season. Jonas De Roeck has got his side playing attractive football and is backing it up with the results. Their strength is going forward where they have found the back of the net in 14 straight games, a run stretching back to early September.

Both teams have scored in seven of the last eight meetings between these sides. There has been an average of 3.5 goals per game over that period. So far this season, Waregem’s opponents are averaging 2.8 goals per game when they visit the Elindus Arena. Westerlo are also shaky at the back. Their opponents are averaging 2.1 goals when they play away from home. Westerlo average 1.5 goals in these matches.

Now up to Scotland, where our Scout tipped Livingston to win…

In the Scottish Cup, Stenhousemuir will host Livingston, who are three divisions above them. Stenhousemuir is currently struggling towards the bottom of League Two and will have a difficult time facing Livingston. The match will be played on an artificial surface similar to Livingston’s home field and their midweek fixture with Dundee United was postponed, giving them more energy for this cup match.

Livingston have won four of their last five matches where they have been priced similarly to win (1.40 – 1.57). in those matches they are averaging two goals per game. Their opponents average just 0.8 goals per game.

Now for a trip to Istanbul for a five-star selection from our Turkish scout…

Galatasaray qualified for the quarterfinals of the Turkish Cup by beating Alanyaspor 2-1 away. They are currently at the top of the Super Lig and have won 8 games in a row and 11 games in total. They have a strong self-confidence and winning habits. Antalyaspor have a number of injured players and suspensions, including their top scorer Haji Wright.

Since the World Cup, Galatasaray have a 100% record in competitive matches. Over this period they are averaging 1.72 more goals per game than their opponents. Moreover, Antalyaspor haven’t beaten Galatasaray since 2016.

Back to colder climes again for our second visit to Scotland, this time to Scottish League Two…

Stirling is expected to beat Forfar in their match at Forthbank and close the gap to Dumbarton at the top of the table to just a single point. Stirling has been frustrated by weather-related cancellations in recent weeks but has strong home form, with six wins from nine matches, 24 goals scored, and just nine conceded.

Stirling won the reverse fixture 4-1 and look set to score a few here. They are averaging 2.67 goals per game in league matches played at home this season. Forfar have been solid of late but this game should be a step to far. 1.80 is a generous price for this one.

From Scotland’s fourth tier to its English equivalent for our fifth selection from our League Two Scout…

Sutton United is expected to beat struggling Crawley in their home match. The U’s lost their last away game but they are a strong team at home, having won their last four matches there. They have a new face in their team, experienced striker Lee Angol, and don’t have any fresh injury concerns. Crawley is nervously looking over their shoulder towards the relegation zone and are only three points above the bottom two.

Sutton have won their last three meetings with Crawley and they have also won their last four home matches. Crawley are without a win on the road all season. They average just 0.93 goals per game away from home.

A five star selection from our Championship Scout takes us to the Midlands where they predict three points for the visitors…

David Wagner had the perfect start to life as Norwich City head coach. The Canaries stormed to a 4-0 win over Preston North End. Norwich led 3-0 after less than half an hour, with both Finnish striker Teemu Pukki and Kieran Dowell, deployed on the right of a 4-3-3, grabbing braces across the 90 minutes. This weekend’s clash with Coventry will be his second league game in charge.

Norwich have struggled at home of late but have won three of their last four games on the road. The Canaries have won the last three meetings with Coventry; scoring seven and conceding none. They look a big price here given the start that Wagner has made.
