Any game involving Spurs looks good for goals, 21 of their 30 games this season have gone over 2.5 goals.

They do not look capable of defending the majority of the time, and that will surely only be heightened by the potential involvement of youth team players for this game.

Tamworth’s games average 2.8 goals per game in the National League, so we should be well in with this one.

As one of the only players we’re pretty sure will play for Spurs, these bet builders might be a bit Werner heavy.

Werner needs to try and salvage a career which has been on the slide over the last couple of years. It is not too long ago that he was Germany’s first choice striker, regularly racking up double figure goal returns seasons.

He needs a performance to bite back against recent criticism from his manager, this will surely be the easiest opportunity that he gets to do. A goal or two should see him get a few more chances in the first team, but we will settle for a shot on target.

Werner’s pace should be a major threat for Spurs in this game. As you go down the levels in football, searing pace becomes more of an asset, and Werner has more than enough to cause a non-league side serious problems.

One way of curtailing any progress a speeding Werner is making would be to stop him illegally, and therefore this looks like a good bet to include in the builder at a nice price.

Tamworth midfielder Morrison looks to be the combative type, picking up 6 yellow cards in 17.7 90’s in the National League this season.

Given that he could possibly be surrounded by the likes of James Maddison, who wins over 3 fouls per 90, and the aforementioned Timo Werner, he may resort to fouls in an attempt to get to grips with them.

In bet builder 1 we have taken over 2.5 goals as a safe bet, but we still think over 3.5 goals is a strong option bet too. Spurs could even cover this line on their own, but Tamworth will fancy their chances of netting against a potentially inexperienced defence.

We fancy Werner to carry a massive threat in this game for Spurs. He has pace of the sort that Tamworth will rarely have encountered this season, and that should led to plenty of situations where Werner finds himself in space on the left.

Given that he is not the most reliable of finishers, we will also include the possibility that he could pull a ball back for a teammate to score with this selection.

We backed Morrison to commit 1+ fouls in the first bet builder, the next step on that would be for him to see a yellow card.

This looks an inviting price given he averages 1 yellow card in every 3 full 90’s that he plays. Up against higher quality opposition, he may look to level the playing field by getting stuck in, which could obviously result in the referee taking action.

Creaney has led the line at times for Tamworth this season and has come on for the last 20 minutes, give or take, of the last 3 games. He scored once and been booked twice in those appearances, so his physical style is certainly having an impact.

He’s is expected to start on Sunday afternoon and we’ll take him to commit 1 or more fouls, Tamworth will try and intimidate Spurs with their direct approach which could lead to Creaney even exceeding this line.
