Q. Why does my bet not load when I click the link?
A. Check the date and kickoff time of the bet you are clicking on to ensure the bet is still available to back. If the issue persists, you may have to place manually. Unfortunately there’s issues with bookies loading multiples via a link.
Q. When will I receive emails?
A. Emails are every Friday at 1pm and Sunday at 8am.
Q. Are emails the only way to receive content from you?
A. No, you can receive content on all my socials: X, Instagram and my Website.
Q. What should I do if I have an issue with one of the bookie offers?
A. I only share the best offers so issues should be few and far between. But if any issues do crop up, message the specific bookies live chat. If you’re still having issues after that, get in touch with me and I can try and sort it.
Q. Why aren’t my images loading?Ā
A. Ensure you have āautomatic image loading enabledā and check your ‘security settingsā to make sure there is nothing blocking the images.

A. To change your email address:
- Unsubscribe from the list with your old email.
- Subscribe again using your new email address.

A. You can unsubscribe by:
- Clicking the āUnsubscribeā link at the bottom of any email received from the mailing list.

A. For access issues:
- Ensure your email client is configured correctly.
- Check for any network issues on your end.

A. If you encounter an issue:

Q. What should I do if I accidentally deleted an email?
A. If you deleted an email:
- Check your email trash or deleted items folder.
Q. How do I make the Cheat Sheets more visible?
A. Click the sheet and a bigger window will open, you can even zoom further. Hold down on the sheets on your phone and you can save it to the camera roll.
Q. Do you feel like you’re losing control?
A. Unsubscribe and take a break. Consider supportive organisations such as begambleaware.org. Or even email us directly and we’ll make sure they receive no communications.
