Level 1 Bet Builder Tip
🏆 AC Milan to Win
📈 Odds: 1.40
Milan come into this game in good form but perhaps overshadowed by their disciplinary record which has seen them go down to ten men in each of their last three league games. Despite that record, the Rossonerri won two of them and were unfortunate not to beat Fiorentina, accumulating 0.89xG more than their opponents.
It’s not been the same story in the Champions League for Milan who are yet to pick up a point having played Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen. Despite that, Milan fans are still hopeful of finishing in the top 8 which remains a real possibility if they win on Tuesday. Last time out Fonseca rested Rafa Leao in the league which is a strong statement of intent ahead of this clash.
Club Brugge have won just two of their last six and were hammered 3-0 by Borussia Dortmund in their first game of their UCL campaign. You’d expect Milan to be of a similar class to the German side and Club Brugge may struggle, particularly at the San Siro.
🎯 AC Milan to have 5+ Shots on Target
📈 Odds: 1.30
AC Milan have averaged 5.63 shots on target per match in Serie A this season, firing off at least five in seven out of eight games. The sole exception came away at Lazio who have been strong defensively this season. On that occasion, Milan still managed four.
Their most recent Champions League match came against last season’s unbeaten Bundesliga champions, Bayer Leverkusen. Although they didn’t manage to find the back of the net, Milan did test the keeper five times yet again.
The Belgian Pro League isn’t the easiest to draw comparisons from given the gulf in quality but even there Club Brugge have conceded 5+ shots on target three times. We can also look at their match against Dortmund where they conceded three goals from five shots on target.
🛑 Michal Skoras to Commit 1+ Foul
📈 Odds: 1.33
One of Michal Skoras’ most valued attributes is his ability to throw himself into duel after duel, making him a valuable asset in the fouls market. In addition to averaging 2.38 fouls won this season, he commits an average of 1.49 per 90. Given the amount of time Club Brugge are likely to spend without the ball, this could be where the value lies.
He’s likely to clash with Theo Hernandez but also Rafa Leao with the pair lining up on the winger’s opposite flank. Hernandez is averaging over 2 fouls drawn per game while Leao’s 1.4 also represents a potential danger threat for the winger.
🎯 Rafael Leao to have 1+ Shots on Target
📈 Odds: 1.50
Only Tammy Abraham of AC Milan can top Leao’s average of 1.75 shots on target per 90 in the league, making it a real surprise he’s been priced as generously as this.
He’s tested the keeper at least once in six out of seven in the league, including each of the last five, despite playing just 21 minutes in one of those clashes, against Lazio.
The Portuguese winger was also one of only two Milan players who managed a shot on goal at Anfield in their first Champions League clash. Club Brugge aren’t expected to represent as strong a defensive force and plenty of chances should come Leao’s way.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip
⚽️ Christian Pulisic to Score or Assist
📈 Odds: 1.83
With Milan going into this clash as heavy favourites, a natural extension is to look at Pulisic’s recent record in front of goal given the US International’s extraordinary form.
Since the start of last season, only Cole Palmer has been involved in more goals than Christian Pulisic’s 28 amongst the top 5 leagues’ midfielders. He’s also the only player in Serie A to have 10+ goals (17) and 10+ assists (11) in the same timeframe. Looking at his more recent form, the value is clear to see with the ex-Chelsea man contributing to at least one goal in eight of his last nine games for Milan.
Club Brugge have kept just one clean sheet in their last six, conceding three to Dortmund and four to Gent in their only relatively tough games over the period. If that’s anything to go off, Milan and Pulisic might fancy their chances on Tuesday.
🧤 Club Brugge Goalkeeper to make 4+ Saves
📈 Odds: 2.0
On average, Milan have forced their opposing goalkeeper into making 3.9 saves per game including at least four in four of their five most recent games. Over that period, the figure has risen to an impressive 4.6 which is no coincidence and reflects their much-improved buildup and patterns of play.
Club Brugge’s last clash saw Mignolet forced into making four saves against Westerlo in a repeat of what has also occurred in league games against Genk, Dender and Charleroi.
This selection was a winner in five out of six group matches involving Club Brugge in their last Champions League campaign, over which period they averaged five saves per game. The competition is a big step up in quality and Mignolet will surely expect to be kept pretty busy.
🎯 Ferran Jutgla to have 1+ Shots on Target
📈 Odds: 1.72
Although Milan are the merited favourites on this occasion, there’s little reason to suggest they won’t come under some threat and when they do, it’ll likely be Ferran Jutgla who gets the bulk of them.
He’s averaged 1.67 shots on target per 90 in the league so far this season which is the most of any Club Brugge player and includes at least one in each of the last three, despite coming off early in all three. Milan are averaging 4.7 shots on target conceded per 90 conceding four or more in 60% of their games this season. In the Champions League, they’ve conceded a remarkable 20 shots on goal across just two games.
🚀 Rafael Leao to have 3+ Shots
📈 Odds: 1.50
No Milan player tops Rafa Leao’s average of 4.03 shots per 90 which also puts him in and around the most productive in Serie A. He’s fired off at least three in five of his six league starts this season, only falling short against Venezia when he was taken off with half an hour to go.
Fonseca also opted to rest him in Milan’s last league game which should mean he’s more than ready for the task at hand. Club Brugge are averaging over 10 shots conceded per game this season and allowed as many as 16 against Dortmund.
