Betting Highlight
Landing a 350/1 treble on this years Asian Cup to win £32K! I meticulously researched all the players for all the teams involved and then compared their statistics against the odds available for them to either score or be carded, betting where I calculated I had a significant edge.
Betting Heartbreak
With Spain having won three major tournaments in a row from 2008 to 2012, I thought there was no way they should be 7/1+ to win the World Cup in 2014 in Brazil. I had a big four-figure bet on them throughout the season only for them to be knocked out in the group stage after just two games. It was a great lesson in how to deal with a big loss in gambling.
