Today's good to firm ground suit him with a narrow 2nd place finish at Pontefract in the same conditions at the start of July. That race was also 6f.
Aboard is 5lb claimer Harry Vigors which should help him in this 28 runner cavalry charge.

Today's Good to Firm will pose no issue, with one win and one place over his career.
He is a horse the yard clearly rates with his two wins and one place from just four starts and over today's 7f trip he has a 100% strike rate.

🐎 Blue Courvoisier
Blue Courvoisier has won 33% of his six lifetime races.
With Saffie Osborne continuing to perform out of her skin, at the moment, I’m delighted that she retains the ride, having won on him decisively at Carlisle two starts ago.
His midfield effort in the Britannia Stakes Handicap can be upgraded, as he was drawn on the unfavoured far side group, he is very capable of improving here.
