High-flying Liverpool visit 15th-placed Wolves on Saturday lunchtime, and Betfair are offering a fantastic boost for goal-machine Mo Salah to have a shot on target.
Jurgen Klopp’s men will arrive in Wolverhampton full of confidence following three straight wins in the Premier League, scoring 8 goals in the process. Mo Salah, their Egyptian King, has been heavily involved in their recent red-hot form, scoring twice so far this season and racking up seven shots on target in his four Premier League appearances.
Expect more of the same from Salah on Saturday against a Wolves defence who have conceded an average of 7.25 shots on target to their opposition so far this season.
Betfair are offering a boosted price for Liverpool’s number 11 to hit the target just once, and you can load via the link here. The Betfair traders are clearly in a generous mood as the boost takes Salah’s shot on target from the regular price of 1/5 all the way up to evens – which is incredible value.

Wolves v Liverpool
Averaging an impressive 3.25 shots per game, Mo Salah is always a great pick for a shot bet, and this offer is sensational value against a side like Wolves.
Salah has had a shot on target in all but one of his four Premier League appearances this season, the one exception being Liverpool’s worst performance so far, their opening weekend 1-1 draw with Chelsea.
He is averaging 1.5 shots on target per game, and if we look at just his last three Premier League appearances, that average jumps up to 2, with Salah having notched 2, 1, and 3 accurate attempts in these fixtures.
Wolves meanwhile are one of the leakiest sides in the division in terms of both total number of shots faced per game, and shots on target faced per game. Sitting 17th for shots on target conceded, only Fulham, Luton Town, and Burnley give their goalkeepers more to do than Wolves.
Liverpool for their part average 4.5 shots on target per game, and the vast majority of these have come from Salah and Nunez, who both average at least 1.5 per game. This shows how heavily favoured Salah is in Liverpool’s attacking patterns.
If Liverpool’s shooting numbers go up, as we would expect against a side like Wolves, Salah and Nunez will carry that attacking threat, making it even more likely that the Egyptian will manage to hit the target at least once in this one.
The boosted price of evens from 1/5 is an absolute steal, and one we fully expect to come in.
