Fredrikstad have a 100% home record, and a 9:1 goal difference. They have proved to be extremely solid in front of their own fans and have no major injuries or suspensions to worry about. They are known for their defensive prowess so will be keen to get back on track in this department.

Rosenborg had been previously unbeaten in all competitions this season and hadn’t lost an away match in the Eliteserien since August 2024. But they lost 0-4 at Bodo Glimt on Saturday. They were blown away in the first half and had no answer to the defending champions. It was a reality check for Rosenborg but they had previously looked very strong this season, conceding just one goal from open play in eight games. 

Key defender Tomas Nemcik is slightly doubtful with injury but the rest of the squad appears to be in good condition. They remain well placed in third position with five wins out of nine.
