Livingston v Hearts
Livingston are in a mess on and off the park.
They’ve picked up two points from a possible 36 in their last 12 matches and are sitting rock bottom of the Scottish Premiership.
They lost 3-1 to second-bottom Motherwell on Saturday, which led to their manager coming out and blasting the players, saying they were “shambolic”, “lucky to get away with 3-1”, and “it was 1,000,000% on the players”.
The performance and defeat was a clear indication he has lost the dressing room. Motherwell were 15 matches without a win but still comfortably beat Livingston.
They’ve only scored 11 goals in 20 matches and only three goals at home.
Hearts are far from perfect but they are unbeaten in their last four matches, including a 2-0 win away to Celtic and a 1-0 win away to Hibs.
They’ve won more matches away than at home, winning four of their last five on the road.
Having trailed 2-0 to Ross County on Saturday, Hearts fought back for a 2-2 draw with the league’s top goalscorer Lawrence Shankland scoring the equaliser.
Hearts won the reverse fixture 1-0 back in November, they dominated with 24 shots to three and 1.91xG to 0.21 xG.
I’m very surprised to see Hearts at Evens (2.0) here, I’m also backing -1 handicap at 4.2.
