With the form that both teams are in and the quality on show, despite the pressure on the match, I am expecting to see both teams find the net here.

United are in great home form, having won their last four at Bramall Lane. Their seasonal average xG per match at home is almost exactly 2 xG, but they also concede 1.11 xG at home, so they are not impenetrable. Indeed, four of their last five home matches have ended BTTS-Yes, including conceding to Oxford, Ipswich, and Leicester in their last three at home.

Middlesbrough's goals record has been excellent under Hellberg. They are scoring 1.93 goals per game under the new coach, which is slightly overperforming their xG rate of 1.58. However, they have scored in five straight matches after an inexplicable four-match blank in which they continued to create chances.

Boro's last away match saw them create over 3 xG at Stoke, scoring twice, so they will be full of confidence going to Sheffield.

I really like this angle, and it has been profitable across the season with Sheffield United.

United continue to win corners at a high rate, and especially on home turf. Their average corner total for the season as a whole at home is eight per match, obviously well above the line asked for here.

Indeed, United have only dropped below this line on three occasions in total this season at home. Although we have to take the quality of the opposition into the equation, this would still require a big drop off from average for Sheffield United to be below this line.

Middlesbrough conceded five corners in their last home match against Norwich and in their last away match against Stoke City.

This is a surprisingly big price for a player who averages over a foul per match this season and is only just back from a ban caused by a red card incident.

He returned for United's last match and again picked up another foul against Oxford United.

That now makes it eight Championship matches in a row that Tanganga has made at least one foul, as well as averaging 1.01 fouls per 90 in the season as a whole for Sheffield United.

Taking a look at the opposition, Tommy Conway looks to be a good foil for this bet. He is drawing fouls at an average of 1.41 per 90 and has been fouled at least once in his last three matches and in five of his last six.

Middlesbrough are a very frequently fouled team away from home as well. They average 13 fouls against them away from home this season.

Hamer has been back in the starting XI fold for the past three games. He has drawn four fouls in that time, and they were evenly distributed through the three games, so the price for Hamer to be fouled just once here still seems to be a bit too generous.

He has been fouled 1.25 times per 90, and when comparing this to a teammate such as Sydie Peck, who is fouled at a rate of 0.82 per 90, and yet is the same price as Hamer in this market, it goes to show where the value is.
