1️⃣ Fulham v Burnley
Score Prediction: Fulham 3-1 Burnley
Fulham have let their standards slip in recent weeks, and they have failed to win any of their last three matches across all competitions. However, they have been able to create chances, and against a Burnley side who have conceded the most goals all season, they should be able to end this poor run.
The Cottagers should be full of confidence coming into this one, eight of their 12 wins have come at home, and Burnley have one just one game since November. Nothing Scott Parker seems to try works and relegation is all but mathematically confirmed, as they sit nine points adrift.
2️⃣ Everton v Chelsea
Score Prediction: Everton 1-1 Chelsea
The Premier League has become a more direct and set piece based league this season, which has definitely benefitted the Toffees. They are currently in eighth position and if they can hold onto it, they will most likely be playing some form of European football next year. Despite a late loss to Arsenal last week, Chelsea's dire situation should give Everton some confidence.
Chelsea have lost three on the spin and if they are to challenge for a Champions League place, they need to turn their form around quickly. Their recent defensive struggles are clear, and with pressure mounting on the inexperienced Rosenior this is likely to be a difficult trip to Merseyside.
3️⃣ Leeds v Brentford
Score Prediction: Leeds 0-1 Brentford
Leeds have failed to score in any of their last three, and this poor form has put them just three points clear of the relegation zone. The killing edge they had in the final third earlier in the season seems to have disappeared.
Brentford's European push seems to have been derailed by one win in five and a draw to Wolves last week, but their impressive away form and Leeds' sole clean sheet in 13 at Elland Road should give them confidence here. Brentford's pace and power up front can give them the edge on this one.
4️⃣ Newcastle v Sunderland
Score Prediction: Newcastle 1-0 Sunderland
Newcastle's 7-2 humiliation to Barcelona midweek ruined their hopes at European glory, and ignoring the magnitude of the derby itself, its also a vital game to win if they are to keep their slim hopes of Champions League football alive.
Sunderland will try to ignore their current form and focus on their impressive record in the Tyne-Wear derby having lost just one of the last 10 head-to-heads in all competitions. Goals are unlikely in this game, with the first meeting of these two sides having the lowest shot total out of any game this season, and just 0.54 combined expected goals.
5️⃣ Tottenham v Nottingham Forest
Score Prediction: Tottenham 2-2 Nottingham Forest
This is a huge game in the battle for survival, with just one point separating the two sides. Igor Tudor won his first Spurs game in midweek despite, still being knocked out of the Champions League. That win and a point last week away to Liverpool should give his side some hope coming into this one.
Vitor Pereira is still yet to win a Premier League game in charge of Nottingham Forest, but his side will be boosted by their midweek victory against Midtjylland in the Europa League.
This is a hard one to call, but Spurs' poor defensive system and Forest's counter attacking potential means their should be goals here.
6️⃣ Arsenal v Man City
Score Prediction: Arsenal 1-2 Man City
Man City have had a tough week, dropping points to West Ham and being dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid. Arsenal are in a much better place, advancing in the Champions League and extending their lead at the top of the Premier League.
Despite this, Pep's experience will be important in this final. Guardiola has won 21 of the 24 cup finals he has taken charge of in his career, though has lost the last two against Crystal Palace and Man United.
City will know that this final carries psychological pressure, with a win for either side likely to impact the rest of the title race. If City can get a win here, it could set Arsenal up to wobble a little.
