Level 1 Bet Builder Tip
🛑 Manuel Ugarte to Commit 2+ Fouls
📈 Odds: 1.40
Casemiro hobbled off with a suspected calf-injury late on against Brentford, so is doubtful to feature here. Similarly, with Bruno Fernandes serving a one-game suspension for his double yellow card against Porto, Man Utd are a bit light in midfield.
That should open space up for Manuel Ugarte to start his fourth game in a Man Utd shirt. He is currently averaging 3.84 fouls per 90 for his new club, comfortably the highest value in the squad so far.
He made six fouls against Barnsley in his first start in the EFL Cup, despite the game finishing 7-0, and being subbed after 62 minutes. Ugarte also made three fouls against Tottenham in the Premier League, before being replaced after 73 minutes.
🎯 Alejandro Garnacho to have 1+ Shots on Target
📈 Odds: 1.62
Alejandro Garnacho has been the most prolific shooter for Man United this season, averaging 4.8 shots per 90 minutes.
Last time out against Brentford, the Argentinian accumulated eight shots in total, with five on target. He also scored his second goal of the Premier League campaign, so should come into this clash full of confidence.
He also played the full 90 against Aston Villa in the prior game, accounting for three shots out of just ten in total for Man United at Villa Park, with one effort on target. Garnacho featured only for the second half in the previous Champions League game against Porto, but still managed to rack up eight shots, with two on target.
🧤 Andre Onana to make 2+ Saves
📈 Odds: 1.22
When playing at home this season, Fenerbahce have drawn at least two saves from the opposition goalkeeper in all six games, averaging 4.67 opposition saves per game.
They boast a plethora of attacking talent, particularly Dusan Tadic and Edin Dzeko who have been in terrific form. Former Southampton man Tadic has scored in each of his last three appearances in all competitions.
Allan Saint-Maximin and Stefan Szymanski also present a real threat for the hosts in this game. Andre Onana was kept busy in his previous European outing, as he made five saves against Porto, comfortably over the required line. Onana also made two saves against FC Twente at Old Trafford in round one.
🚀 Fred to have 1+ Shots
📈 Odds: 1.33
Fred will face his former club for the first time since departing Man Utd in 2023, after serving the club for five years. He is now expected to start alongside Sofyan Amrabat, also formerly of Man Utd, which should see him play a bit more advanced than his midfield partner.
When playing at least 45 minutes, Fred has registered a shot in six out of nine games, averaging 1.62 shots per 90 in all competitions. He tends to find himself in quite advanced zones of the field, but Fred also has a tendency to try his luck from distance. In the Turkish Super Lig, four of his ten shots have come from outside the penalty area. He has also had one shot from a free-kick, and could be in contention to take set-pieces.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip
⚽ Christian Eriksen to Score or Assist
📈 Odds: 3.0
In the absence of Bruno Fernandes, Christian Eriksen is expected to push into a more advanced role for Man Utd on Thursday evening. The Danish playmaker should assume a much larger role in the final third, and will be the allocated set-piece taker.
Last time out in the Europa League, Eriksen notched two assists. He took the corner which was converted by Harry Maguire in the 91st minute, when Bruno Fernandes was off the field. Eriksen has already accumulated six assists in seven starts in all competitions for Man United this season.
He also got on the scoresheet in the previous Europa League game against FC Twente, so has landed this selection in both European games this season.
🛑 Fred to Commit 1+ Fouls
📈 Odds: 1.20
Fred has seen an uptick in fouls since partnering Amrabat in midfield, with nine fouls in his last five appearances. The Brazilian is an extremely energetic player, tasked with covering a lot of ground in midfield. Playing alongside Amrabat, who generally sits deeper, Fred is afforded more freedom to be aggressive in his press to win the ball in promising areas.
Fred made two fouls in his previous Europa League outing against FC Twente, also picking up a booking. Against RUSG, Fred made one foul. Against his former club, motivation can be expected to be higher than normal for Fred, which means he can be expected to be a bit more involved defensively. Fred to commit a foul seems a sensible shout against his former club.
🛑 Noussair Mazraoui to Commit 1+ Fouls
📈 Odds: 1.40
Filip Kostic started the previous game for Fenerbahce on the left-wing, however the Serbian has not been registered for the Europa League squad. That should mean Saint-Maximin is in for an extended minutes run.
He should be directly pitted up against Noussair Mazraoui, which is an ideal matchup to target. The dynamism and trickery of Saint-Maximin makes him a tough winger to contain, so Mazraoui is expected to struggle.
The fullback is averaging 1.29 fouls per 90 for Man United this season, with at least one foul landing in six out of nine starts in all competitions this campaign. The Moroccan has made a foul in five out of six games when playing the full 90, only failing against FC Twente.
🚀 Allan Saint-Maximin to have 2+ Shots
📈 Odds: 1.44
Allan Saint-Maximin appeared off the bench in the previous game against Samsunspor, making an instant impact, getting on the scoresheet to register his second league goal this campaign. Since joining Fenerbahce from Al-Ahli, the former Newcastle man has an average of 2.88 shots per 90, with two or more shots landing in five out of eight starts.
Typically operating on the left wing, Saint-Maximin tends to cut inside onto his stronger right foot to create favourable shooting angles. In addition, more than half of his efforts in the Turkish Super Lig have come from outside the box.
Saint-Maximin has scored two goals in six appearances against Man United, when he played for Newcastle, so should be looking forward to this matchup.
