Serbia’s Nations League run showed how they can be a stubborn opponent to face - despite finishing third in the group, the Serbs were unbeaten at home, keeping clean sheets against Spain, Switzerland and Denmark.

Serbia were then able to retain their League A status by beating Austria over a two-legged playoff. Once again, they managed a shutout in Belgrade, with that game finishing 2-0 against Ralf Rangnick’s men.

Albania got their tough game against England out of the way early in round one, and since then have been able to pick up eight points from four matches, conceding just once in that time.

Considering they were relegated from League B in the Nations League just before, Albania have done well to pick themselves back up in their bid to qualify for the World Cup.
