Cambridge United have excelled at home in League Two this season with four wins, one draw and one loss, and they are priced at 2.10 to extend that run with another victory on Saturday. Meanwhile, Bromley ended a three-game losing streak on the road with a 1-0 win last time out, and they are priced at 3.50 to make it back-to-back away wins. A draw between the two is at 3.30. Cambridge v Bromley Best Bet

Fixtures for: Saturday 18th October

Cambridge v Bromley

League Two

12:30

Cambridge Draw No Bet

Cambridge United have been fantastic at home so far in the opening stages of the 2025/26 season, winning six, drawing one and losing just one of their first eight matches across all competitions at the Abbey Stadium.

Four of those victories have come in their six League Two home fixtures, alongside one win and one draw, leaving them as the 4th-best team when playing at their home ground in the division, picking up 13 points from a possible 18.

Since losing their only home game of the campaign to Oldham Athletic in early September, Neil Harris’ side have superbly responded with three straight victories, and they are favourites to extend that run with another triumph on Saturday.

In contrast to Cambridge United’s strength at the Abbey Stadium, Bromley have faced difficulties on the road so far this term, recording just two victories, two draws and three defeats from their opening seven away fixtures across all competitions.

As a result, Bromley are predicted to lose this one, given the fact they've drawn the joint-most matches in League Two this campaign, with six stalemates from 12 fixtures, draw no bet feels like a sensible way to get Cambridge onside.

📈 Cambridge v Bromley Form & Stats

Cambridge United endured a miserable 2024/25 campaign, finishing 23rd in League One and suffering relegation, and Neil Harris’ side have experienced a mixed start to their League Two return.

The Us have been at their best when playing at home, taking 13 points from a possible 18, but just five points from six away fixtures, after one win, two draws and three defeats, means Cambridge United currently sit 11th in the table.

However, Harris’ men trail the top seven by only two points, and following an underwhelming 2-0 defeat to Shrewsbury Town last weekend, they will be aiming to get back to winning ways and potentially climb into the play-off places.

Cambridge United will look to draw confidence from their aforementioned formidable home record, including three consecutive victories, heading into Saturday’s encounter.

Bromley were promoted from the National League in 2023/24 and enjoyed a brilliant first campaign in League Two last term, finishing 11th - four points off the play-off places.

Andy Woodman, in charge since March 2021, would have entered this season hoping to guide the Ravens to yet another promotion push, and his side currently trail the top seven by just two points.

Bromley have taken 18 points from their 12 matches, including remaining undefeated at home with two wins and four draws, but their away form has thus far let them down, managing just two wins, two draws and two defeats.

Bromley did end a three-game losing run on the road with a 1-0 win over Crewe Alexandra last weekend, and Woodman will be looking for his side to build on that triumph by recording back-to-back away victories for the first time since March 2025.
