Danny Welbeck has been the standout performer for Brighton this season, and this is currently his most prolific campaign in terms of finding the back of the net. The 35-year-old has scored 13 Premier League goals from 34 appearances this term, building on his tally of ten goals from the previous campaign. 

Welbeck contributed an assist against Newcastle last time out, as he played in Jack Hinshelwood to score Brighton’s only goal of the game, meaning he has landed this selection in five of his last nine appearances. 

This is an excellent matchup for Welbeck to improve that hit-rate even further, as Wolves come into this clash having already had their relegation confirmed. Rob Edwards' side have failed to win any of their last six matches across all competitions, and have conceded 14 goals in that stretch, which should fill Welbeck with confidence.

Fulham’s recent form has been inconsistent, and they were most recently beaten 3-0 by Arsenal at the Emirates. Marco Silva’s men have now slipped to 11th in the Premier League standings, and it seems like an excellent opportunity for Bournemouth to capitalise, especially as they are still battling to cement their spot in sixth. 

The Cherries have been much more convincing recently, and Rayan has been a significant contributor to that. The Brazilian chipped in with a goal against Crystal Palace last time out, after also scoring against Leeds in the game before that. The 19-year-old has adapted seamlessly to life in the Premier League since arriving in January, with four goals and two assists from his 12 appearances. Rayan is always looking to make things happen in the final third, and he will hope to keep his impressive scoring streak going this weekend.

Bruno Fernandes failed to register a goal or assist against Liverpool last time out, but he was desperately unlucky not to - Fernandes created two big chances that weren't converted, and he was also denied by a sharp save from Freddie Woodman late on. 

That match ended a seven-game streak during which the Portuguese international had landed this selection with either a goal or assist, highlighting how strong his recent form has been. His current tally stands at eight goals and 19 assists from 32 matches in the league, and he has reached top form under Michael Carrick. The most assists ever recorded in a single Premier League season is 20 - a record held by Kevin De Bruyne and Thierry Henry, so Fernandes will be motivated to match or even beat that tally before the end of the season. This matchup against a struggling Sunderland side looks like the perfect opportunity for him.
