Cesc Fabregas has the potential to develop into a top manager and I think this will be his last season at Como with the ability he does have, there were already top clubs after him this summer but he has decided to stay at Como for another season with the promising first season he had with the club.

Lazio are headed up by former Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri who has returned to the club after a brief absence, he was Lazio manager between the 2021/22 season to the 23/24 season, maintaining a win percentage of 50% across these campaigns. 

Lazio missed out on a European finish last season on goal difference as they finished level on points with Fiorentina but their slightly inferior defensive record cost them meaning that Lazio won’t be in Europe for the first time in nine years.
