Leeds were left frustrated by a stubborn Millwall side on Wednesday night, who kept Leeds at arm’s length to complete four clean sheets in a row. Leeds will be looking to take out their frustration out on a different London team on Saturday afternoon when QPR make the trip to Elland Road.

A player that has left some goals on the field this season is Leeds’s diminutive, tricky winger Wilfried Gnonto. He’s scored twice this season, but has recorded an xG of 3.4.

Gnonto consistently threatens goal with his direct running. His shot numbers in Championship matches this season read 6-1-1-3-3-1-2-4-2-1-4-3-3-2.

QPR are coming into the fixture vulnerable, on Tuesday night they shipped in four goals from 2.24xG to Middlesbrough. A fragile away team and a Leeds side with a point to prove spells trouble – Willy Gnonto can start addressing his numbers here at a great price.

Jordan Thomas was reintroduced to Cheltenham’s starting lineup at Colchester on the 19th October. He paid back the faith shown in him by Michael Flynn with a brace in a 2-1 win. He had three shots that day for an xG 0.71.

In the two subsequent league matches, Thomas has come close to replicating his Colchester performance – he had two shots on target against Bradford for an xG of 0.37. Next up, at Carlisle, Thomas had four shots on goal for cumulative xG of 0.54. That’s 1.62 xG in his last three league matches.

Across all his League Two appearances this season, Thomas has taken twelve shots at goal – 50% of his strikes have gone on target. He’s averaging a shot every 31.67 minutes, while his season xG is 1.7.

Ethon Archer, who has very relatable number to Thomas, but has scored one goal more, is priced up a full point shorter. Joel Colwill, who has scored two league goals – the same as Thomas, but has 0.5xG less than him is priced up two points shorter. And George Miller, who has two goals from a very similar xG to Thomas is less than half his price.

Thomas is being underestimated by the market here, he should be going off a couple of points shorter than he is so we need to get on before the bookies readjust his price in the coming weeks.
