Taking the punt on England’s star man here. With Mbappe priced at 1.17 in this market and Vini feeling a little inconsistent, I’m opting for Jude.

Madrid are 1.08 favourites to win this one so should dominate from the off.

Jude has two goals and two assists in La Liga so far this season across his four appearances, he also should’ve opened his Champions League account in midweek.

Vallecano have been shipping goals for fun so far this season. Their 10 conceded is the second highest in the division and notably they shipped five at Barcelona as we saw braces for Yamal and Raphinha.

Valentin will operate in central midfield for the visitors and he’s already landed this selection in both of his La Liga away matches, committing two fouls away at Sevilla then three away at Barcelona - so we know that even when they’re dominated, he can still make fouls.

His average works out to 2.07 per 90 minutes. Crucially, he’ll be in close proximity to Bellingham who is a magnet for drawing fouls.

Jude wants to get the ball on the half-turn, spin players and use his body - as a result, he’s drawn 2.73 fouls per 90 so far this season and only Vini Junior (17) has drawn more than his 10 in the Madrid squad.

Another player who’ll have to try and deal with Belligngham’s huge foul drawn numbers, as well as others like Camavinga and potentially Bernardo Silva, depending on who the Madrid pivots are, is Unai Lopez.

Lopez has averaged 1.67 fouls per 90 minutes of La Liga action so far this season and has committed one or more fouls in three out of his four appearances.

Vallecano are, on the whole, a pretty aggressive team. I’ve opted for fouls as a key feature as the visitors average a hefty 14.50 fouls per 90 minutes.

The final player I’m backing for a foul is Romanian right-back Andre Ratiu. His foul numbers aren’t anything crazy so far this season, as he’s averaged 0.67 fouls per 90 minutes.

Both his fouls committed came in his last match so he is coming into this with good form in the market, per say.

The key here though is that he’s going to be up against Vinicius Junior. Vini has drawn 17 fouls already in La Liga this season, that is the most in the entire division at a rate of 4.36 times per 90 minutes.

Opposing right-backs have racked up large foul counts against Madrid in every game. El Hilali made four for Espanyol, Aramburu made two for Sociedad, Puga made two for Malaga and Bellerin made three for Betis.
