With three successive victories to kickstart the Igor Tudor era, Juventus have since drawn five in a row leading up to this clash. Still, the Old Lady are one of only two sides in the Italian top-flight to still have their unbeaten record intact this term, and they will look to keep that record as they travel to the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Juventus Double Chance @ 1.40

That run of stalemates for Juventus started in Turin against Dortmund. The Old Lady were 4-2 down going into stoppage time, but 94th and 96th minute goals sent the home support into ecstasy, ensuring Juventus started their European campaign with a point.

Drawing the next four games was not what Igor Tudor would have hoped for, but it’s a result that Juventus fans are all too familiar with. The Bianconeri won just seven of their 19 away matches in Serie A last season, but they racked up nine draws. In fact, Juventus drew 16 games last season, which was the most of any side in the Italian top-flight.

While Juventus haven’t been in the best of form, the Old Lady have proven themselves to be a tough side to beat. They took six points from Como last season in Serie A, winning those games by an aggregate scoreline of 5-1.

Over 1.5 Goals @ 1.36

Over 2.5 goals landed in both of those head-to-head encounters, as Juventus managed a 2-1 win on their last visit to the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium.

Just before the international break, Como drew 1-1 against Atalanta in what was an incredibly even contest. The Blues racked up 16 shots worth 1.4 xG in front of a home crowd, while conceding 1.32 xG in return. That result meant Como have seen at least two goals in five consecutive matches, with both teams getting on the scoresheet in four of those.

Even last season, Cesc Fabregas’s men did manage to score against the likes of Napoli, Juventus, AC Milan and Atalanta on home turf. Although Como failed to win any of those matches, they have shown that they can be competitive against the Italian heavyweights, and are more than capable of getting on the scoresheet here.

Federico Gatti Over 0.5 Shots @ 1.83

Juventus took a point against AC Milan last time out, with that game finishing as a goalless stalemate. However, there was much more action than the scoreline suggests - Christian Pulisic missed a penalty in the second half. Juventus also had some good chances, the best of which fell to the feet of Federico Gatti. The 27-year-old looked a real threat from set pieces in that match, as he accrued a total of four shots, forcing two saves from Mike Maignan.

Gatti recently scored his first goal of the season against Villarreal in the Champions League, firing in from close range from a throw on. Juventus can be quite a direct side with their dead ball scenarios, and Gatti has been the primary target. The centre back has a knack for popping up in promising positions, and has landed this bet in five out of seven matches this season in all competitions.

Lloyd Kelly Over 0.5 Fouls Committed @ 1.20

In addition to his impressive shot record, Gatti has also racked up 10 fouls from seven appearances this season in all competitions. Only one other player has committed more infringements for the Old Lady, and that is Lloyd Kelly. The former Bournemouth man is averaging 2.0 fouls per 90 this season, committing a total of seven fouls in his last two matches alone.

Kelly has featured for every available minute for Juventus this season in all competitions, during which he has landed a foul in seven out of eight matches, and multiple infringements in six.

Como are an excellent matchup for him to extend that record here, as they rank 8th in the Italian top-flight for total fouls drawn this campaign. Nico Paz, in particular, has been a difficult player to contain, averaging 2.04 fouls drawn per 90, while Jayden Addai, who predominantly plays on the right, is averaging 2.22 fouls drawn per 90 this term.

📈 Como v Juventus Form & Tactics

After earning a respectable 10th-place finish on their return to the Italian top-flight last season, Como have started the season positively, and have lost just one of their opening six league fixtures. They have already managed to beat Lazio and Fiorentina, while their recent Coppa Italia victory over Sassuolo ensures they will compete in the round of 16. Como’s only loss came against the current Coppa Italia holders, Bologna, in a tough matchup at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.

While Juventus were perhaps fortunate to come away with a point against AC Milan just before the international break, with Christian Pulisic missing a penalty, The Old Lady did have plenty of chances themselves. Their total of 12 shots amounted to 1.13 xG.

Prior to that goalless stalemate, Juventus had seen BTTS land in each of their last five matches, during which a total of 23 goals were scored. That includes a 4-3 victory against Inter Milan, and a 4-4 draw against Dortmund in the Champions League.

Once again, it is incredibly tight at the Serie A summit, with Juventus currently sitting in 5th. They are two points above Bologna in 7th, but also just three points behind league-leaders Napoli.

📔Como v Juventus Formation & Team News

After missing out against Villarreal in the Champions League, Kephram Thuram made a 20-minute cameo off the bench against AC Milan, so should be in line to slot back into the starting lineup in place of Weston McKennie. The American international will hope to keep his spot in the starting XI, though, potentially playing as a right wing back, where Pierre Kalulu featured against AC Milan. Kalulu does typically operate at centre back, so that change saw him get a bit more attacking freedom.

Igor Tudor will have to contend without Gleison Bremer, who has suffered another injury setback. The Brazilian is set for another extended spell on the sidelines after missing most of the 24/25 campaign with an ACL injury.

Cesc Fabregas has to deal with a much larger injury list, while Jesus Rodriguez will be suspended for this match after being sent off against Cremonese. Alvaro Morata, who replaced Anastasios Douvikas at half time against Atalanta last time out, will be pushing for just his third start of the season, while Nico Paz has not missed a minute for Como in any of their last five Serie A games, so is almost certain to start.
