Feliz Nmecha to Commit 1+ Fouls

Nmecha committed a foul in Dortmund’s 4-3 win over Mamelodi Sundowns last time out and looks well placed to repeat that here. Dortmund are going to have most of the ball here seeing as Ulsan have had less than 40% possession each of their games so far, which should result in Ulsan having a few situations where they can break in moments of transition.

Nmecha is part of a two man midfield in a 3-4-3 system deployed by Niko Kovac which means that he can be outnumbered at times, especially if Ulsan make the most of the opportunities that they will get on the counter attack.

Nmecha committed 22 fouls across his 19 starts for Dortmund in the Bundesliga during the 24/25 season (1.31 per 90) which is a record that suggests that Nmecha may be in a few situations where he is forced into committing a foul.

Dortmund Corner Match Bet

Dortmund won the corner count 4-2 against Mamelodi Sundowns last time out, they didn’t manage to win it in the first game (7-3) but this game should see Dortmund come out on top quite comfortably when it comes to corners.

Ulsan actually managed to win the corner count in their opening (9-5), despite only having 32% of the ball. This is because Mamelodi Sundowns are quite an open and entertaining side who aren’t that secure at the back, Dortmund should be able to keep their corner count down a lot more effectively.

Ulsan lost the corner count 12-4 in their most recent Club World Cup outing against Fluminense which reinforces the suggestion that Dortmund should be able to rack up the corner count without too much pushback from Ulsan.

Over 1.5 Dortmund Goals

Dortmund hit four past Mamelodi Sundowns in their 4-3 win over the South African side last time out, and with the group lead still up for grabs, Niko Kovac’s men may need another strong attacking display here. Dortmund have been in prolific form, scoring three or more goals in four of their last five matches across all competitions - the only exception being their goalless draw against Fluminense, their toughest opponents in Group F.

Ulsan have struggled defensively in this competition, failing to score in their two games while conceding five goals, four of which came in a 4-2 defeat to Fluminense. Given Dortmund’s attacking momentum, which has picked up since their slow start in the tournament, Ulsan’s backline could be in for a tough evening.

With Dortmund just one goal behind Fluminense on goal difference - a factor that could decide the group winner, they’ll be eager to add to their tally. Having already shown their firepower with four goals in their last match, and with Ulsan already eliminated and potentially lacking motivation, Dortmund should find plenty of opportunities to score at least twice.

Serhou Guirassy to Score Anytime

Guirassy got off the mark at the Club World Cup with a goal against Mamelodi Sundowns after a quiet first game. He looked sharp in that match, testing the keeper with three of his four shots on target. The striker enjoyed a phenomenal 24/25 season, netting 34 goals in 43 appearances for Dortmund, with 13 of those coming in just 14 Champions League games - finishing as joint top scorer alongside Raphinha.

Having already found his rhythm in the tournament, Guirassy will be eager to add to his tally against Ulsan. His clinical finishing and ability to get into dangerous positions make him a constant threat, especially against a defence that has already conceded five goals in two games. With Dortmund needing goals to push for top spot in the group, he’ll be central to their attacking plans.

Given Ulsan’s struggles at the back and their lack of motivation after being eliminated, Guirassy should have plenty of chances to add to his Club World Cup tally. If Dortmund’s recent attacking form is anything to go by, he could well be on the scoresheet again as they aim for another high scoring performance.

Ramy Bensebiani to be Shown a Card

Bensebiani has been lining up on the left side of a back three at the Club World Cup. He’d been playing this position towards the end of the season under Niko Kovac but is still adapting to some of the positional intricacies which are associated with being a centre back in a back three having previously been a fullback.

He was shown a yellow card in Dortmund’s opening game of the tournament against Fluminense and received six yellow cards across his 23 starts for Dortmund during the 24/25 Bundesliga season. No Dortmund player was shown more cards than Bensebiani in the Bundesliga during the 24/25 campaign.

Dortmund (-1) Handicap

Dortmund should be able to register their most convincing win of the tournament so far against an Ulsan side that is yet to score at the competition and has conceded five goals across their two fixtures. This group looked a lot more straightforward for Dortmund on paper than it has turned out to be with Niko Kovac’s side still needing a convincing win to top this group.

Ulsan conceded four goals against Fluminense last time out and will be facing their toughest defensive challenge yet up against Serhou Guirassy who opened his account at the Club World Cup with a goal against Mamelodi Sundowns last time out.
