Glen Durrant's World Darts Championship Day 14 Boosted Double

Fixtures for: Saturday 27th December

Gian van Veen v Madars Razma

World Darts Championship

19:10

Madars Razma +3.5 Set Handicap

'I'm going to be looking at a potential winner in Gian van Veen.

How good was he in round two? The 14th highest average ever seen on that stage. The European champion has been talked about potentially winning this competition. And with averages like that - who's going to really doubt that?

But he's playing the quirky, difficult-to-play, Madars Razma, a very streaky player. And based on that, I still fancy Madars to win a set. It's going up to best of seven sets now, and a 4-0 victory for Gian van Veen will take some doing against Madars because he's tricky. He'll dictate the pace, he'll play quick, he'll slow down, and I still fancy him to get a set.'

Luke Humphries v Gabriel Clemens

World Darts Championship

20:25

Luke Humphries Most 180s

'He (Humphries) looked superb in round one and it was a real demolition job on Paul Lim in his second match.

He'll fancy his chances and will be a big favourite to beat Gabriel Clemens. But it's the 180s, I can really tell when Luke Humphries is playing well.

For Gabriel Clemens, it's been a difficult two years since he reached the semi-final on that stage (the Worlds). His career hasn't gone on the upward trajectory that many of the Germans and many of the people in the North thought it might.

I just think it's going to be too much for him, he had a great win in round two (3-0 v Wessel Nijman), and I have to say I was delighted for him, but I'm expecting Luke Humphries to really put a show on, based on some incredible scoring numbers.

At 4/9, him to have more 180s than Gabriel Clemens, I think is good value.'
