James Justin has been a huge beneficiary of new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy’s system, as he’s been far more attacking. Last time out in the FA Cup he scored twice and so should be full of confidence.

Crystal Palace have conceded 13.6 shots per game on the road and have given up 47 shots in their last 3 trips away from the capital. The Foxes only managed 9 shots in the reverse fixture but with Justin managing 1 of those from range, hopefully, he carries on his good form for shots.

Maxence Lacroix has been a regular goal threat this season, averaging 0.82 shots per 90. The Frenchman has had at least 1 shot in 8 of his last 10 Premier League starts, including having had 2 against Arsenal and 1 against both Man City and Chelsea and so will not be phased by Leicester.

The Foxes are conceding the 3rd most shots in the Premier League at a rate of 17.6 per game and have conceded the 5th most goals from set pieces. Since Van Nistelrooy took over, they’ve conceded 11 shots from opposition centre-backs in just 8 matches, so this is clearly an area that Palace can target with Lacroix a central figure to aim for.

Since returning from injury, Tyrone Mings has managed 3 shots in 3 Premier League appearances and another in the EFL Cup against Crystal Palace. The big centre-back has been a threat from set pieces throughout his career as his average for club and country of 0.4 shots per game demonstrates. With Pau Torres and Diego Carlos out injured, Mings should be the target for first contact from all corners and wide free kicks.

Everton have only conceded 4 goals from set pieces this season and will hope that the returning David Moyes can further improve on this record. However, they’ve allowed opposition centre-backs plenty of shots in recent weeks and having given up 1.66 xG from set pieces across their last 4 Premier League games, it will be an area that Unai Emery will be eyeing.

Sat 3rd in the Premier League top goalscorer standings, Alexander Isak is having an outstanding season at Newcastle with 13 goals. He’s averaged 1.6 shots on target per 90 but in his last 5 games in all competitions has hit the target 12 times, with 2 or more in 4 of those. He also managed 2 shots on target in a goalscoring appearance in this fixture last season.

Opponents Wolves are on a resurgence under Vitor Pereira but are still struggling to keep the shots out, conceding 44 shots across his 4 Premier League games in charge. They’re allowing 4.75 shots on target per 90 this season and with Isak in such good goalscoring form and eyeing the Golden Boot, he’s a lovely price to find the target at least twice.

Dejan Kulusevski has been a revelation at Spurs this season in a more central role. He’s made 16 goal contributions in all competitions and has averaged 1.75 shots per 90 in the Premier League. He seems to relish the big games and managed 3 shots in the reverse fixture.

Arsenal aren’t conceding many shots at just 10.6 per game but with Spurs averaging nearly 15 themselves, we can expect them to attack. Their 3 games against Arsenal under Postecoglou have produced shot counts of 15, 14 and 13 and Kulusevski will be desperate to further cement his reputation amongst the Tottenham faithful which makes him a great pick for 2+ shots.
