While Luke Littler has yet to hit top gear at this year’s World Darts Championships, he has still been firing in 180s for fun. After hitting 10 maximums during his round two win over Ryan Meikle, ‘The Nuke’ went on to land no fewer than 12 180s when overcoming Ian White in round three.

That maximum return had Littler sitting comfortably at the top of this year’s Ally Pally leaderboard for 180s scored upon the conclusion of his third round success on Saturday night. Furthermore, the teenage trailblazer has now taken his 180 tally for the year to an astonishing 822. Thus, Littler looks well placed to rack up 10 or more maximums against Ryan Joyce.

With both Joyce and Littler very adept at producing 3 figure checkouts, a minimum of 3 from the pair should be within range here. Littler has taken out 100+ finishes in each of his two victories en-route to round four. As for Joyce, he checked out on 113 and 100 when squeezing past Ryan Searle in round three.

It’s also worth noting that ‘Relentless’ delivered checkouts of 126 and 124 when dispatching both Darius Labanauskas and Danny Noppert in rounds one and two respectively.
