I've put together a BTTS accumulator for Wednesday's action, coming in at 7/1. I've selected one game from Wednesday's Championship slate and three from Wednesday's Champions League games.

Fancy putting together your own accumulator? Here's a list of the Best Accumulator Bookies for this week's football.

Fixtures for: Wednesday 1st October

Norwich v West Brom

Championship

19:45

Both Teams to Score @ 1.72

I regularly backed BTTS in Norwich’s home games last season and it doesn’t look like much has changed this campaign. Norwich have lost all three of their home games so far this season but have managed to score four goals across these matches, conceding seven (3.6 goals per game).

They welcome a West Brom side organised by Ryan Mason; the Baggies have won two of their three games on the road this season. They’ve seen nine goals across these games (3.0 per game) with a pretty equal split when it comes to goals scored (5) and goals conceded (4).

Norwich have seen BTTS in each of their last three matches in the Championship, while West Brom enter this clash having seen both teams score in their last two matches. Both sides have only managed to win one of their last five matches across all competitions so it should be a fairly even affair that sees both sides end up on the scoresheet, as was common for Norwich at Carrow Road last season.

Bayer Leverkusen v PSV

Champions League

20:00

Both Teams to Score @ 1.53

Leverkusen have seen BTTS in each of their last five matches across all competitions, including their opening game of the Champions League campaign against Copenhagen, which was a game they drew 2-2.

They’ve had real issues in adapting to life without Xabi Alonso, having already burned through one coach in Erik Ten Hag. Kasper Hjulmand has been drafted in as his replacement, and the early signs of his tenure are that Leverkusen’s games are going to be incredibly end-to-end.

Leverkusen’s last five matches have produced 19 goals (3.8 per game), which makes for excellent reading when it comes to our selection here. PSV have also seen quite a few goals in recent matches, seeing BTTS in each of their last four matches.

One of these games was their 3-1 defeat against Union Saint-Gilloise in the opening game of the league phase. This game was packed with goalscoring opportunities; the sides combined for an xG of 5.86, with each side registering an xG of at least 2.0.

Monaco v Man City

Champions League

20:00

Both Teams to Score @ 1.66

I’m still far from convinced when it comes to the effectiveness of Manchester City’s defensive setup. They’ll be without Khusanov and Ait-Nouri here, which adds an extra layer of complication for Pep Guardiola as he attempts to assemble a solid backline.

Rodri is also set to miss this game, so three players that Guardiola would almost certainly start in this game are missing, and I think City will suffer a little as a result. City have failed to keep a clean sheet in four of their eight games this season, even conceding against Burnley last time out as they recorded a 5-1 victory over the Clarets.

Monaco can take advantage of a City side that is missing key players in the defensive third. They’ve netted 11 goals across their three home games this season (3.6 per game), winning all three of these matches. They did concede five goals across these games, so I’d stop short of backing Monaco to take anything from the game, but the opportunity is certainly there for them to score.

Manchester City are pretty much guaranteed to find the back of the net here, having scored in all but one of their games across all competitions so far. Monaco’s shaky defensive setup against Club Brugge a few weeks ago will encourage City’s forwards, particularly Erling Haaland, who has netted 12 goals across his 11 appearances this season.

Villarreal v Juventus

Champions League

20:00

Both Teams to Score @ 1.75

Juventus were involved in the most entertaining game on Matchday 1 of the Champions League as they contested a 4-4 draw with Dortmund. They generated an xG of 1.92 in the game but also allowed the German side to generate an xG of 1.71.

Juventus have seen BTTS in the two games since that encounter with both games ending in 1-1 draws. They’ve also had a 4-3 thriller against Inter Milan in their last five matches so goals at both ends have been common for Juventus recently. They have real attacking depth now with the additions they made in the summer window, including the likes of David, Openda and Zhegrova.

Villarreal have seen BTTS in two of their last five matches which isn’t as appealing a record as Juventus’ recent run of games but I think they’ll be forced into coming out here. Juventus have serious firepower and Villarreal’s home games will be crucial to any chance they have of qualifying for the knockout stages.

Villarreal have won all four of their home games in LaLiga this season, netting 10 goals in the process so they do have the required firepower to test Juventus here and will be encouraged by the absence of defensive solidity which has been plaguing Juventus in recent weeks.

An accumulator (acca) is a single bet that links together multiple Both Teams to Score (BTTS) selections. All selections must win for the bet to payout. It's a popular way to chase big returns from small stakes.

Ramis Ibrahim has a great feel for the BTTS market, and can find value selections from a range of leagues due to his depth of knowledge and experience betting on the market.

There is no right or wrong number of legs to include in an acca. You’ll find an acca that suits you via our Acca Stats page.

The bet365 Soccer Acca Boost is really good for BTTS betting as the boost increases with each leg you add to the acca.

Both Teams to Score Yes and Both Teams to Score No.

The best bookmaker promotion for BTTS accas is bet365’s Soccer Acca Boost.

The cashout button often reflects a deal that the bookmaker is happy with, given the live situation. That said, cashing out a bet is a personal decision, and external influences shouldn’t make a huge difference to your own considered decision towards an amount of money.

We have a strong success rate on BTTS accas and publish multiple per week on our Football Predictions page.

Not at the moment, but you can bookmark this page and refer back to it ahead of a busy slate of fixtures for tips.

Sometimes the bookmakers offer money back if your acca narrowly losesm but not always.

No, but we recommend Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Bet, bet365 and SBK.
