Level 1 Bet Builder Tip

🥅 Both Teams to Score

📈 Odds: 1.57

With an entertaining second leg anticipated at Ibrox on Thursday night, look for both teams to get on the scoresheet. Rangers have delivered profitable both teams to score selections in seven of their previous nine Europa League assignments this season, including each of their last six. It’s also worth noting that each team has obliged in seven of the Light Blues’ last ten Scottish Premiership matches. As for Fenerbahce they have failed to keep a clean sheet in ten of their 11 continental contests this season, with both teams landing a blow in eight of those matches. What’s more, BTTS would have been a winning selection in each of the Yellow Canaries’ five Europa League away games this term to date.

🟨 Over 1.5 Fenerbahce Cards

📈 Odds: 1.36

A minimum of two Fenerbahce cards merits support during this week’s second leg. The Turkish giants have averaged a sizable 3.20 cards per 90 in this season’s Europa League, receiving three red cards along the way. In fact, Jose Mourinho’s side have been shown two or more cards in ten of their 11 continental contests this term, including each of their five matches away from home. Given the dynamics of the tie, Fenerbahce’s use of the game's dark arts could come to the fore at Ibrox on Thursday night when trying to take the sting out of Rangers’ counter-attacking efforts. The Light Blues have drawn two or more cards from seven of their nine opponents in this season’s Europa League, including each of the four teams that have visited Ibrox.

🎯 Vaclav Cerny to have 1+ Shots on Target 🔄

📈 Odds: 1.83

Vaclav Cerny has been a talismanic figure for Rangers this season, scoring six times across his nine appearances in the Europa League thus far. The on-loan Wolfsburg winger was the two-goal hero during last week’s first leg, making him an appealing prospect to hit the target once or more at Ibrox on Thursday night. Cerny is averaging a team-high 2.55 shots per game in the Europa League this season, with an on-target average of 1 per 90. The Czech forward has registered a minimum of one shot on target in each of Rangers’ last three Europa League home games, scoring three times in the process. On top of all that, Cerny is averaging 1.15 on-target efforts per game in the Scottish Premiership this season. Given that Fenerbahce will have to throw caution to the wind in this clash, Cerny should be given plenty of opportunity to exploit space, and to hit the target at least once during this week’s return match.

🛑 Leon Balogun to Commit 1+ Fouls 🔄

📈 Odds: 1.40

After replacing the injured Robin Propper last Thursday, Leon Balogun is expected to get the nod from the off at Ibrox this week. That makes the veteran centre-half an attractive option to commit a minimum of one foul during this week’s second leg. Balogun overstepped the mark once in Turkey last time out, meaning he has now fallen foul of the referee in three of his four Europa League appearances this season. It's also worth pointing out that Balogun has committed at least one foul in five of the seven matches that he has started for Rangers in this season’s Scottish Premiership. Expect to see that trend continue when he comes up against Fenerbahce forward Edin Dzeko, who is drawing an average of 1.33 fouls per 90 in this season’s Europa League.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip

🚩 Fenerbahce Corner Match Bet

📈 Odds: 1.67

Given that Fenerbahce will have to go for the jugular from the first whistle if they are to claw back the two-goal deficit, it makes sense to back the visitors to hit the most corners during this week’s second leg showdown. The Yellow Canaries won the corner count with room to spare last Thursday, hitting 11 to Rangers’ three. Jose Mourinho’s men have also been pretty prolific on the domestic scene as far as corners are concerned, averaging a shade under seven per game in the Turkish top flight this term. While Rangers have averaged a similar figure in the Scottish Premiership this season, they have not been hitting corners with the same frequency in Europe this term, averaging just 3.09 per game. Consequently, the Light Blues have failed to hit more corners than their opponent in six of their nine Europa League assignments this season so far.

🟨 Over 4.5 Cards

📈 Odds: 2.05

As has been the case in a number of Fenerbahce’s Europa League games this season, tempers could be strained at Ibrox on Thursday night, making over 4.5 cards worthy of support. The Yellow Canaries’ continental contests this season have averaged a hefty 5.87 cards per game. A deeper dig shows that six of Fenerbahce’s eight matches during the league phase featured five or more bookings. As for Rangers, three of their four home games during the league phase produced at least five yellow cards, with two of those matches generating a sizable seven cautions. It’s also worth noting that referee Espen Eskas flashed 5 cards during last week’s Champions League last-16 first leg tie between Feyenoord and Inter Milan, and the Norwegian looks set for another busy night on Thursday.

🚀 Nicolas Raskin to have 1+ Shots 🔄

📈 Odds: 1.53

Nicolas Raskin demonstrated his habit for getting forward and attempting shots during last week’s first leg. The all-action Belgian forced no fewer than three efforts on the Fenerbahce goal last Thursday. That means Raskin has now fired in at least one shot in five of his last eight appearances for Rangers in the Europa League. What’s more, the Rangers midfielder has also registered a shot on goal in ten of his last 12 outings in the Scottish Premiership Up against a Fenerbahce side that will have little choice but to push forward, there could be plenty of spaces for Raskin to exploit, making him an attractive option to attempt at least one shot. Moreover, the visitors are conceding an average of 5.33 on-target efforts per game in this season’s Europa League.

🚀 Mert Muldur to have 1+ Shots 🔄

📈 Odds: 1.44

So much of Mert Muldur’s game is about bombing forward and getting on the overlap, making him an appealing option for a minimum of one shot on goal on Thursday night. The Fenerbahce wing-back attempted an effort on goal during last week’s first leg, and that was also the case in his previous Europa League start against Athletic Bilbao during the league phase. Muldur has also tried his luck in each of his last four starts for Fenerbahce in the Turkish Super Lig, including three during his most recent outing. Given the visitors' need for goals on Thursday night, Muldur is likely to be given licence to roam forward against a Rangers side that gave up a sizable 23 shots in Istanbul last Thursday evening.
