It’s been a mixed start to the season for both of these sides who find themselves sitting two points apart in mid-table after seven games.

The Eerste Divisie is usually worth looking at for this market and there’s a favourable matchup here between two sides that have taken the same amount of points from their opening seven matches (10).

Both sides have only drawn one of these games, offering promise for the result to go either way here. Breda have seen BTTS in each of their last five matches, seeing BTTS & No Draw in four of these games. 

Breda’s three home games in the Eerste Divisie have produced 12 goals (4.0 per game), with none of these three games ending in a draw. They came away 3-0 winners over Eindhoven when the sides last met, though that was a friendly.

Maastricht have made a promising start to the season, collecting 13 points from their opening seven games which is a tally that sees them sit in the playoff spots.

They did suffer a bruising defeat against Waalwijk on the road last time out, but that loss saw this selection land as they fell to a 6-1 defeat. They’ve seen BTTS in three of their last five matches, with two of these games seeing BTTS & No Draw.

Helmond have seen BTTS in each of their last five matches, with only one of these games ending in a draw. They’ve lost all three of their away games in the Eerste Divisie this term, but have scored four goals across these games.

That record sets the stage for a home win here, though expect Helmond to offer an attacking threat and get on the scoresheet as they have done often in recent weeks.
