Sunday's 20/1 Score or Assist Accumulator Tips
4 Selections @ 20.62

Fulham v Tottenham

Premier League

14:00

Raul Jimenez to Score or Assist @ 2.00

Tottenham’s North London Derby display under interim boss Igor Tudor did nothing to inspire confidence that a change in fortunes was about to take effect anytime soon. Perhaps it’s a harsh judgment to make when their opponents were the probable Champions of England, but three shots from inside the box, two of which came with the score at 4-1, would not be acceptable to most.

I, therefore, want to side with a Fulham player and I’m going with the man who spearheads their attack, Raul Jimenez. Jimenez should be high on confidence after scoring twice against Sunderland last weekend. Five goals in his last 10 league appearances is a decent return, adding an assist into the mix too.

Spurs have generally been okay away from home, a top half side, but in their last three away league games, they have conceded two, two and three goals.

Man United v Crystal Palace

Premier League

14:00

Bruno Fernandes to Score or Assist @ 1.66

Michael Carrick’s Manchester United continue to pick up impressive results, unbeaten under his stewardship having won five out of six games, complete with Fergie-like late point earners against Fulham and West Ham United. They host Crystal Palace on Sunday at Old Trafford, which could be argued to be their easiest fixture since Carrick took the reins.

Bruno Fernandes is the selection here, despite drawing blanks direct goal contribution-wise in United's last two outings. Prior to those last two fixtures, Bruno Fernandes had registered a total of nine goals or assists in his last eight starts. Only Erling Haaland has a better combined total over the course of the season, with Fernandes streaking clear in terms of assists, his tally of 12 being five clear of his nearest rivals.

Crystal Palace played six games in the month of February compared to United’s four, with the home side also benefitting from a 13-day break in the middle of the month. Palace’s squad is stretched to the limit at the moment, but nevertheless they have won or drawn five of those six matches in February. I don’t think that is sustainable, though, and I expect United to run up a bit of a score here.

Arsenal v Chelsea

Premier League

16:30

Cole Palmer to Score or Assist @ 2.75

Arsenal are showing signs of vulnerability as the finish line looms into view, having conceded in each of their last three league games, having looked impenetrable at times throughout the early parts of the season.

Cole Palmer is my selection here. People have been talking about Palmer in negative tones recently, dismissing the season he is having, but across all completions for Chelsea, he has 12 direct goal contributions in 13.8 90s, a record which most players would kill for. He’s scored in three of his last five league starts, and is the most likely Chelsea player to cause Arsenal problems in my eyes.

Roma v Juventus

Serie A

19:45

Donyell Malen to Score or Assist @ 2.25

This time to Serie A where we have another familiar name, and in fact one who is still contracted to Aston Villa, having joined Roma on loan in January. Malen only scored 10 goals in 46 appearances for Unai Emery’s side, albeit the majority of those appearances came as a substitute. He has, however, made a superb start to life in Italy, notching five goals in six appearances and averaging 3.8 shots per 90.

Roma are currently well positioned for Champions League qualification, occupying 4th spot in Serie A and 2nd spot in the home table. They have scored two goals or more in their last three league outings. They host a Juventus side who are in 5th spot, four points behind them. They are winless in three league games and have conceded two goals or more in their last three games. They have failed to win more often than not on the road. Roma, and in particular Malen, should be able to exploit that lack of confidence.
