Level 1 Bet Builder Tip

🎯 Jaidon Anthony to have 1+ Shots on Target ↔️

📈 Odds: 1.66

Bournemouth loanee Anthony has been a consistent and almost ever-present performer for Scott Parker’s side this season, in a team which hasn’t pulled up trees in front of goal.

That has changed a little in the last few months, with Marcus Edwards’ arrival allowing Anthony to move over to his favoured left-hand side, where he can provide more of a threat cutting inside.

Since he has regularly started from the left, he has had at least one shot on target in eight of his last 11 appearances.

🥅 Both Teams to Score

📈 Odds: 2.0

This is perhaps not an obvious shout for a game involving Burnley, given their incredible defensive stats this season, but QPR have an impressive stat of their own which makes this selection a good option. The R’s have scored in 19 of their 22 games at Loftus Road this season.

There has also been a very slight let-up in Burnley’s relentless run of clean sheets, with the Clarets conceding a goal in four of their last five outings. The shackles may be off a little here with the pressure of gaining promotion lifted.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip

🏆 Burnley to Win

📈 Odds: 1.95

Burnley will be hoping for a favour from Bristol City or Plymouth Argyle in Leeds’ two remaining fixtures, which will leave the door open for them to win the league.

This fixture is the only one either side has against a team with nothing to play for, however, that could change by next week with Plymouth potentially relegated or Millwall out of the play-off race.

It could be that Burnley are not that interested in winning the title, but we cannot see Scott Parker giving up the ghost, and if Burnley play to their usual standard, they should be able to beat QPR.

🥅 Over 1.5 Burnley Goals

📈 Odds: 2.20

The dull Burnley side that were happy to win games 1-0 or even draw them 0-0 has seemingly disappeared over the last few months, as the Clarets accelerated their promotion push and have probably been the best side in the league from February onwards. In their last 11 games, they have scored two or more goals on eight occasions.

In 2025, the better sides in the division have consistently managed to score two or more goals against Rangers, with Boro, Sheffield United, Leeds and Millwall all managing it, whilst the away version of Sheffield Wednesday and the home version of Portsmouth, both of whom are top seven teams, also managed it.

⚽🤝 Jaidon Anthony to Score or Assist ↔️

📈 Odds: 2.50

This should be an interesting battle down the left hand side, with Anthony in his best form of the season, up against arguably QPR’s players of the season Jimmy Dunne.

Anthony is running hot, having recorded a goal or assist in five of his last ten starts, with six goal contributions in total. He has seven goals and seven assists over the course of the season, so has directly contributed to almost a quarter of Burnley’s 61 goals.

In recent weeks, a few left side players have scored against QPR, with George Earthy of Bristol Rovers and Bae of Stoke finding the net, so there is an area of potential weakness there.

🟨 Jack Colback to be Shown a Card ↔️

📈 Odds: 3.50

Jack Colback is enjoying an extended run in the side, having started the last ten games for QPR in a deep-lying midfield role.

He has committed two or more fouls in five of those games, and also been carded in five of those games. He has avoided cards in his last two games despite committing four fouls in total, so he is due one.

He usually plays on the left of a two, so will be expected to get out and help the left back deal with Marcus Edwards, who wins 2.5 fouls per 90. Harrison Ashby, who has started at left back for QPR in the last few games and been carded in his last two, is also worth a look if he starts.
