Harry Wilson to have 2+ Shots

Wilson has been one of Wales’ most consistent performers since Craig Bellamy took over. He got off the mark in the qualifying campaign with a goal against Liechtenstein in their last match, finishing the game with three shots.

During the Nations League, Wilson made a strong impact with five goal contributions in just six appearances - scoring four goals and providing one assist. He averaged an impressive 3.01 shots per 90 minutes, showing his willingness to take on responsibility in the final third.

Wilson's confidence is high, and his ability to deliver in big moments makes him a player to watch. Under Bellamy’s guidance, he has become a standout figure for Wales and will look to continue influencing games.

Romelu Lukaku to have 3+ Shots

Romelu Lukaku has an excellent goalscoring record for his nation, with a huge 88 goals in 123 international appearances. He has a very high shot volume when playing for Belgium, he has taken seven shots over his last two matches.

Lukaku has hit the 3+ shot mark in 15 of his last 23 competitive appearances for Belgium, dating all the way back to 2021. This pick has landed in his last two international appearances and he has scored three goals in his last three matches for his country. With Jeremy Doku and Charles De Ketelaere set to support him up top here, the onus will once again be on Lukaku to be his nation's main goal threat.

Over 0.5 Wales Goals

Wales have scored in each of their three qualifying games so far, racking up seven goals across these opening fixtures which has fired them to the top of Group J at this early stage of the qualification period. Craig Bellamy’s side have plenty of attacking threat that they can use to unlock a shaky Belgian backline, most notably in Brennan Johnson and Harry Wilson.

Wales also scored nine goals across their six games in the Nations League, managing to find the back of the net in four of these matches, with the exception coming against Turkey on both occasions. Belgium are far from defensively solid, they allowed North Macedonia to register an xG of 1.29 in their only qualifying game so far and conceded nine goals across their six games in the Nations League - they failed to keep a clean sheet in any of these matches, too.

Level 2 Bet Builder 40/1
  • Wales v Belgium
  • World Cup Qualifying

3 Selections @ 41.26

Romelu Lukaku to Score Anytime

Romelu Lukaku's goal scoring record for Belgium is truly remarkable. With 88 goals in 123 international appearances, he averages an outstanding 0.71 goals per game, a testament to his consistency and quality at the highest level.

His dominance in the European Championship qualifiers further cements his reputation as a top level forward. Lukaku netted an incredible 14 goals in just eight qualifying matches. His ability to deliver when it matters most makes him a constant threat.

Given his track record, Lukaku remains Belgium's most reliable attacking outlet. His physicality, movement, and clinical finishing make him a nightmare for defenders. As Belgium look to navigate this transitional phase, his goals will be crucial to their hopes of returning to the top tier of international football.

Brennan Johnson to be Shown a Card

Johnson is yet to receive a caution in the three qualifying games that Wales have played so far, but his record during the Nations League campaign suggests that the bookings are not too far away.

Johnson picked up four yellow cards across his five appearances in the Nations League for his nation. Unsurprisingly, no player in the Wales squad was shown more yellow cards than Johnson, and this could be the perfect environment for him to pick up his first caution of the qualifying campaign.

Johnson picked up five yellow cards during the 24/25 Premier League season whilst averaging 1.12 fouls committed per 90. He’ll be up against Maxim De Cuyper who was fouled against North Macedonia last time out and averages 1.05 fouls won per 90 across his four appearances in the Nations League.

Wales Double Chance

Wales have established themselves as a resilient side under Craig Bellamy and could capitalise on Belgium’s current instability here. The Welsh squad remain unbeaten in their first three qualifiers, with convincing home wins over Liechtenstein and Kazakhstan, along with an away draw against North Macedonia - the same team Belgium failed to defeat in their sole qualifying match so far.

Bellamy’s impact is further highlighted by Wales’ impressive Nations League campaign, where they topped their group unbeaten. With three wins and three draws, they outperformed Turkey, Iceland, and Montenegro, relying particularly on their disciplined away performances. This consistency has built belief within the squad ahead of their toughest qualifier yet.

While Belgium pose a significant challenge, their recent struggles suggest they are far from their peak. A dismal Nations League run which produced just one win in six games, and only a single victory in their last eight matches (against Ukraine) raises questions about their current level.
