The Green Bay Packers looked like early-season Super Bowl hopefuls, but now they sit at 5-3-1 and travel to the 2-8 New York Giants in search of an important road win. The Giants have been decimated by injuries and just fired head coach Brian Daboll.

Jameis Winston will be the quarterback, which usually means fireworks, one way or another.

4 Selections @ 4.66

Jameis Winston 200+ Passing Yards @ 1.44

The Giants started the season with veteran quarterback Russell Wilson under centre, but quickly turned to rookie Jaxson Dart after a poor start. The young signal caller has looked great in patches, but he’ll miss this game due to a concussion, meaning Jameis Winston is the next man up.

Winston hasn’t seen the field yet for the Giants this season, but his history tells us that he’s not afraid of throwing the ball around. In seven starts with the Cleveland Browns last season, he averaged 291 passing yards per game.

With very little on the line for the Giants in this matchup, and star rookie running back Cam Skattebo still injured, there’s little reason to expect Winston to be held back from throwing upwards of 40 passes.

Josh Jacobs Anytime Touchdown @ 1.40

For all the inconsistency and disappointment the Packers have experienced this season, especially after starting the season so well, Josh Jacobs has been a consistent presence in their offence. The veteran running back has notched a remarkable 11 touchdowns in nine games this season. He has only failed to get in the endzone once, against a tough Cleveland Browns run defence.

The Giants haven’t defended the run at all this year. They’ve given up a whopping 14 touchdowns on the ground, tied for the second most in the entire NFL. With the Packers as favourites in this game, and potential struggles on the horizon for the Giants offence, I fancy Jacobs to get at least one touchdown in this matchup.

Wan'Dale Robinson Over 5.5 Receptions @ 1.73

Wan’Dale Robinson has often played second fiddle to Malik Nabers in this Giants offence, but he has been a reliable target for the carousel of quarterbacks that have started in New York, always earning respectable target numbers.

With Nabers out due to an ACL tear, and Darius Slayton dealing with a hamstring issue, Robinson could be in for an even bigger target share in this matchup. He has only failed to manage six receptions in four of 10 games this season, with much lower passing volume than he’s likely to see here.

With Jameis Winston at quarterback due to Jaxson Dart’s concussion, it’s likely that the Giants sling the rock around. Winston had over 40 pass attempts in five of seven starts with the Browns last season. I expect the veteran to pepper Robinson with targets, making his yardage total prop an interesting look too.

Jordan Love 5+ Rushing Yards @ 1.36

Quarterback rushing totals can present some of the best opportunities week after week. This is especially true for signal callers who are considered to be more in the archetype of a pocket passer like Jordan Love.

The Packers quarterback is far more prone to scramble than older, statue quarterbacks, and has 31 rush attempts on the season in nine games, totalling 138 yards. That gives him an average of 3.4 rush attempts per game, and 15.3 yards, making the 5-yard mark feel very achievable.

In fact, Love has only missed that mark three times this season, while notching four games with over 20 rushing yards. The Giants defence can get to the quarterback, with 73 pressures this season, so I expect Love to scramble at least a handful of times, and he has the athleticism to pick up the yardage we need here.
