Bruno Fernandes equalled the all-time Premier League record for most assists in a single season when he set up Bryan Mbeumo's goal against Nottingham Forest last time out, registering his 20th assist of the campaign. The Portuguese has landed this selection in seven of his last 10 appearances in the Premier League, and he has one more chance to break the record outright this weekend. Even though it isn’t an easy matchup against Brighton at the Amex, he did land this selection when he last faced the Seagulls, which was an FA Cup clash in January.

Fernandes has also chipped in with eight goals from his 34 Premier League appearances this campaign, which highlights just how important he has been. The Man United captain has been the creative force for his side again this season, and so much of the play comes through him. 

Both Burnley and Wolves have already been relegated from the Premier League, and this final day clash carries no meaningful pressure for either side, so we should get quite an open contest. The reverse fixture between the sides finished 3-2 to Burnley, and the Clarets will hope for another positive result at Turf Moor this weekend. They have failed to win any of their last 12 matches across all competitions, but this is the perfect opportunity for them to finish their campaign on a high. 

Wolves are also on a dismal winless streak, and they have shipped 18 goals in their last eight matches across all competitions. Zian Flemming should be licking his lips at the prospect of this matchup, especially considering he bagged a brace in the reverse fixture at Molineux. Fleming has scored 10 goals in 28 league appearances this season, which is an impressive return.

Bournemouth head into the final day of the season still fighting for a European finish - one point will be enough for them to lock in a Europa League spot, while a Champions League finish is also not yet off the cards, but they need results elsewhere to go their way. Still, the Cherries should be front-footed in their approach as they hope to extend their unbeaten run to 18 matches. 

Eli Kroupi has been integral to that streak, and he scored the only goal for his side in a 1-1 draw against Man City last time out. That means he has now scored in five of his last seven appearances, taking his tally to 13 goals for the season. The 19-year-old has been impressive for the Cherries, and has scored in some tough fixtures. Forest have conceded eight goals in their last three games alone, making this a great matchup to target Kroupi.
